    Yep that would be a 7 ton drop onto the hood!

    The Answer after a few quick measurements is NO. It is correct that the GU hood is longer. CV713 51" from point to back edge of hood GU713 55" from point to back edge of hood CV713 60" side from front to rear latch GU713 68" side from front to rear latch These are some quick measurement, but I though this info maybe useful. Thanks again!

    Hello, I am new to this forum so bare with me. I have a 2004 Mack Granite CV713 Quad Axle Dump. My hood got damaged in a little incident at the asphalt plant. I have found a hood from a 2012 GU713 and wondered if anyone know if it will fit? Thanks
