Here is a strange picture of a strange MACK RB Truck. Hood looks like a blend between RW SUPERLINER AND CH hoods.. I like the looks of it... Will be nice to get one here... Were they are from????

This is C.J.O CONSTRUCTION CORP 2002 GRANITE E7 460. Is a complete SHOW and WORK truck. It is outstanding the amount of chrome it has. People can not beleive they use that truck to haul asphalt. And now a PHOTO VIDEO about TERRASA CONCRETE CORP wich has an all fleet including some nice RD tractors and GRANITE AXLE BACK and DM concrete mixers!!!

Uhhhhhh something is missing. VOLVO SALES- 3,986 MACK SALES- 4,240 ______ TOTAL- 8,226 TRUCKS SOLD BY AB VOLVO GROUP (OWNER OF THE MACK TRUCKS BRAND) ON THOSE 4,240 MACK TRUCKS SOLD, VOLVO GETS A PROFIT. AND THEY TOTAL 8,226 VOLVO DIESEL ENGINES /CHASSIS SOLD TROUGHT THE VOLVO (D SERIES) AND MACK TRUCKS (MP SERIES) BRANDS. DON'T THINK THAT BY A MERE 254 UNITS VOLVO IS LOOSING IN A BIG WAY. WE SHOULD KEEP FAITH IN BRAND NEW MACK TRUCKS NO MATTER THEY HAVE VOLVO ENGINES. SPEC THEM WITH AN ALL MACK POWERTRAIN COMPONENTS. AND DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THAT RUMOR THAT MACK TRUCK CABS WILL BE REPLACED WITH VOLVO CABS IN A NEAR FUTURE.

You shoul get in contact with DALE FRANCIS of FRANCIS ENGINNERING in Leroy, Ohio so we can get knowledge on how to built and modifiy MACK E9 engines for competition. We got 2 here but we do not know anything on how to tune them to make up to 2,000 HP!!!

On your technical article about the MACK E9 V8 engine just remember to mention how these engines are modified and make from 800 HP all the way to 4,000 HP!!! Mack E9 is a dominant force on the HOT ROD SEMI /SUPER RIG SEREIES. There is an AUSTRALIAN truck that was built for drag racing named BANDAG TITAN (MIGHTY MACK for some cases) this race truck is for sale and its best elapsed time on the 1/4 mile is 11.61 acordig to Owner Adam Gafiero. The BANDAG MIGHTY MACK was retired they say because "lack of sponsorship".But to me they retire the truck because with just one MACK E9 engine (2,000+ HP) it was superior then the other truck the BANDAG team has, the BANDAG BULLET wich uses 2 V8 DETROIT 8V92 engines to get the same HP the MACK has with one engine.

It would be nice if mayor TRUCK builders ask MACK /VOLVO for bigger engines such as the MACK MP10 /VOLVO D16 to put on their trucks.

I HAVE SEEN A COUPLE OF MACK R700 SUPERLINERS WITH CATERPILLAR ENGINES (MECHANICAL 3406) AND A BIG V8 3408 STUFFFED UNDER THE HOOD OF ANOTHER MACK (F700) THE WORST ONE ? A RARE BIG R MODEL WITH THAT HORRENDOUS AND NOISY DETROIT DIESEL 8V92 THIS PUPPIES LOST THEIR PURE BREED

ITS STILL WORKING. THATS THE BEAUTTY OF IT!!!!!

I do not think that a fully modified MACK E9 with quad turbocharger system will fit under the hood of a small MACK CS200 /CS250. Here we are planning on getting such truck (MACK CS) and use it as a base model for making a "Drag Race" Truck. Funny Truck Class no allows for the LIGHT FUNNY TRUCK category to b created. Basically is a class for small trucks like those low prifile trucks that use small tires. Mack CS Series Trucks fit in that category. I do remember that some guy here has a "big" MACK CS Truck wich is used to pull 58 foot long trailers. I couldn't catch him at a fast food in wich that BIG MACK CS was parked. I rally wanted to see what kind of engine that truck had. We can get a MACK CS and put the V8 E9 engine on the frame at the back of the cab (sort a like the BANDAG TITAN). But this is only at planning stages and with this economy it might never get done at all!!! So that is why I am asking for the E3 engine, because it looks like that is the one we can really work with (for now) Any one happens to know the address, phone number or web site of DALE FRANCIS the one that makes EXTREME POWER E9 Engines????

DALE FRANCIS OF FRANCIS ENGINEERING ONE OF THE BEST MACK E9 V8 TUNNERS HAS TAKEN THESE ENGINES TO PRODUCE FROM 1,000 UP TO 2,600 HP WITH MODIFICATIONS SUCH AS QUAD TURBO SYSTEMS (2 PRIMARY CHARGERS AND 2 SECONDARY CHARGERS) MACK E9 POWERED HOT ROD SEMI AND SUPER SEMI IN THE PRO-PULLING LEAGUE HAVE OUTPLACED THE DETROIT ENGINES. MACK E9 V8 ARE THE ENGINES TO BEAT IN THAT CLASS. BANDAG TITAN, A DRAG RACE /SHOW TRUCK THAT WITH A 2,000 HP MACK E9 V8 ENGINE HAS A BEST E.T ON THE 1/4 MILE OF 11.6 SECONDS. ADAM GAFFIERO FROM THE BANDAG TITAN (AUSTRALIAN MACK TITAN DRAG RACE TRUCK) HAS E-MAILED ME A LETTER IN WICH HE CERTIFIES THAT THE BANDAG TITAN BEST TIME ON THE 1/4 MILE IS 11.6 SECONDS. I AM GETTING A LITTLE BIT OF HATE HERE FROME THE DETROIT DIESEL FANS, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT OTHERS TO SEE THE TRUE POTENTIAL THIS MACK E9 ENGINES HAVE!!!!
