would need to see better pics of the box on the truck.... the R model engine and frame is basically the same as a B model, both have flared rails up front. I would think the R model box would bolt onto the frame with drilling a few holes and without needing to remove or lift the engine. You say the PS is powered from a belt/pully. most R models I have driven had the pump mounted to the back of the compressor.

They say a frameless will raise higher than a 1/4 frame but I have seen some of the new 1/4 frames and they do just as good and keep all 4 corners on the ground.

I have had to dump almost at 90 a few times and I dont like it at all. If its stone , slow and easy and it comes out ok but any type of dirt and clay 1/4 gets stuck most times. the only way to do it is to set the tractor brakes ,dump and then lower it back down while pulling the tractor up untill the weight of the trailer coming down starts to help move you forward...then pul lup 5' and do it again so it all comes out. its not so bad on pavement but you have to watch it the whole time.

I was the same way when it first came out 10 or so years ago. today facebook is more of a gathering of people who like something you are intrested in. for example I belong to Mack truck groups, Model Railroad groups R/C truck groups etc... some of the pics people share inspire me to build things. and the truck pics are just as good as hanks and infact I think more people are posting never seen pics before to FB. thats why I like it.

should not hurt anything if it fell inside the block. if you have access to a small camera probe it might tell you were it went.

Facebook is great for photo sharing and such but forums still do a much better job of info sharing and search function. I think I said it a year ago but I fell off BMT when the big change happened as I could not stay logged in and it became a PITA to log on. Not sure what changed but now I log in automatically again... I still like the last style board version better as it was more streamlined in my opinion.

I would not haul that load of steel out on a highway looking like that. I know it likely wont fall off but not on the highway. side roads maybe.... I get pissed when they load me with roof tin and nothing heavy on top of it to keep it from blowing around.

The R/C truck guys are gathering near Indy in 2 weeks. indoors at the fairgrounds. I have done a few of these events and they are fun to see the trucks and equipment run. this one is not at the hotel where the toy show was at. this one is in Lebanon a few miles up the road from INDY. I think some people sign up to web forums and Facebook then start to post their spam for others to see. its not hacking because they are not digging into the guts of the web page design but they are posting useless crap for others to see.... thats how I see it atleast

when that old E unit walks right past the brand new diesels at 60 mph then bumps the throttle up 4 more notches. you can hear those twin EMD diesels start to sing in notch 8. this was filmed in 1994

do you just use blocks of wood under the rear most part of the trailer when loading a dozer or something? so that the trailer stays more stable as the load comes up?

Looks like it will do what you need. Is the 110psi is needed to hold it up or will 50psi do the trick?

my 285 tip turbine puts out 23psi under load.

always good when someone with common sence can understand a situation and make it right. If I can share a good company story..... 3 weeks ago my Garage door failed. I called Chamberlain customer service and gave them all the info explained what it was doing. they walked me thru a few steps and told me of 3 possible issues and that they could have a tech come out or if I wanted to dive in I could do so and when the issue was found to call them back. being mr handy man I had found the issue in 5 mins. a plastic gear on the motor had failed. it was used to note the motor RPM. I Called them back spoke with them and told them what I had found. This gear was part of the motor assy so kind bulky but withing 5 mins they informed me they had the part dispatched in the warehouse and would be on the way that afternoon free of charge being that the garage door was less than 6 years old.

It would be RWSXXX or RWLXXX to note a superliner with a 13 digit vin.

its possible I guess but the cap should let off any pressure built up be it water or air. What is the rating on the cap? if its too high other parts will let go before the cap bleeds off pressure
