The Blue R is one of our members, it came from narromine before that i dont know, the Diamond belongs to the same bloke that owns the Blue R, it came from Bourke, it has been shortened to cart Nags, before that i dont know. -Monty. -

hey adrian i just noticed that it was a prime mover not a tipper, and that you have extended the chassis, did you get some old R chassis lengths or got some new one's made up? what are you going to do with her? Historic plates or put her to work? you certainly have done a tonne of work on her, -Monty -

Hey Bazza!!!! I Know that theirs a bloke in town that has a whole heap of 5 & 6 speed gear boxes that are gathering dust, He told me that the same thing is wrong with each of them( so that thay'll need to be fixed before it goes any where, not really much of a help, their should be heaps floating about in WA. i have been told, and i may have had a look on mine briefly, that there is a place on the left hand side that should have numbers stamped on it etc, -Monty

Grant. this is a Sueprliner I and is done on a sub frame. Hope this helps. it may give you an idea. i have seen a W Model done a similar way with Mack air bags and Mack Shocks One air bag and 2 shocks each side. It Might be a bit extreem for the old R Model. -Monty -

HotRod's fame has surfaced on a local tv station http://www.c31.org.au/new/ select chose a show select "C" for Classic restos and select 4th of November.
