It's been relatively uneventful lately. I saw a big Mack firetruck at a 9-11 Memorial Service. It has a 50' "telesqurt" on top of it, made by the Snorkel Company. Mack would make the chassis, ship it to Snorkel to have the aerial device installed, then back to Mack to have the body fabricated.
Then I saw these Crown Buses north of Philadelphia. If you know much about Crown, you know that one on the east coast is rare, let alone two of them. One had some kinda pancake thing painted alpine green. I didn't pay much attention to it. The other one had a pancake Cummins. They both had 10-speed Fullers. Max total size 24.41MB

Then I saw this 1923 Model T Ford. It was pretty.
I saw a billboard, it was for some kind of fantasy movie, or Science-Fiction, I'm not sure which.
My Volunteer Fire Department celebrated 100 years of service and this past Saturday Night we had a big old fancy dinner at a local country club. They asked me to bring the FWD and park it at the front door so that everyone could get their pictures taken with it. As I was driving over, I saw some girl hitchhiking and even though I was a little late I fell sorry for her so I stopped and picked her up. Since she was dressed real nice and all, I asked if she had any dinner plans and she didn't, so I said "hey this is your lucky night, I am going to allow you to be my date for this dinner dance thing I am going to." She was so impressed she could hardly refuse and immediately kissed my ring.
Here's a better picture of the hitchhiker- she kind of looks like Meryl Streep. Sort of. Kind of. Either way she is all kinds of hot, don't you think?
And when the night was over, I saw the FWD parked next to it's Grandson at the fire station as my house is 40+ miles away and I didn't wanna drive it back up that far at 1130 at night. Besides the hitchhiker had other ideas as for what I was gonna do for the rest of the night.
