Very cool stuff Looked high and low for motor parts for those small bore Cummins motors years ago (before the internet) and couldnt find any so replaced a HB Cummins with a 6 71, no vintage truck movement back then, have kept the motor just encase parts ever became available Love them wheels as well Paul

Can only go on the information provided A few questions that come to mind are Why would Mack in the U.S. or Australia even muck around with this as the R model would have been well on the way by then I agree the steering wheel looks to be on the left as I cant see no shaft or box or linkage on the picture The exhaust is on the right which most in Australia are on the left with a ertical exhaust As far as I know all the B models from new in Australia had a under slung side exiting exhaust Even the first 5 years or so of R models were like this I don't know either way but find it interesting just the same, I had never heard of this before Paul

It's all getting a bit confusing now as to what I have and haven't shared lol So I have tried something different on my end to help with my confusion and just hope it doesn't bugger up the show That FM model in the TV series is a bit different I noticed it has a full size window in the bunk on the RHS, I have noticed a lot of European trucks have bunks like this I never knew why but after thinking about it I guess it has a lot to do with that European trucks will spend a lot of time on the wrong side of the road no matter what side their steering wheel is on The TV series is a good laugh and is probably more realistic than the US TV shows like "Movin On" and "BJ and the Bear" from a similar era Paul
