  6. Mack would have to be less it would all depend on were you go as a guess for roadtrain and heavy haulage I would guess Mack out sell KW for interstate down south I reckon it would be the other way around a Aussie truck magazine used to publish the figures each month but they have gone as well now so it is all just a guess Paul
  7. looking good looks like you have a centipede living there with all them shoes Paul
  8. Dunno Im no expert but we have gotta start some where in life as a "wanna b" we can all point the finger at each other all day "not my fault he did" that isnt going to solve bugger all the bloke that own's the truck is at blame partly because he's worker wasnt told or made to supervise loading or unloading the bloke driving he's also at fault he should have been watching loading and unloading and should have known better than to sit in the cab while all of this is taking place and the fella driving the dozer off well he is also at fault he should have made sure his rippers were up and also that ol'mate in the cab was out side keeping an eye on things before he unloaded I was told as a young fella when I very first started work "Paul those that have never blown anything up have never tried" I always took that to mean we all have to start some were and we all make mistakes just dont repeat them and those that have never made a mistake have never really tried If it was my mate I would just have a laugh at his misfortune (thats the Aussie way to laugh at each other) and move on I have enough of my own problems in life with out taking anybody else's on board but thats just me good luck to your mate , his driver and the truck and trailer seeya Paul

  15. we dont have many road tunnels in Australia come think of it apart from the few real big ones in the citys I can only think of one in country areas and it was a train tunnel they are pretty long beams you are towing Tim must have to take some planning to get around the corners on some of the roads or does the dolly at the back solve all those problems ?? Paul

HMMMMMMMMMMMM times sure have changed when I was a young fella if we didnt have a gun we used a stick if didnt have a stick we used our finger they all went bang when we made the right noise perhaps you should have given him a stick then the finger and yelled bang would have worked in Australia I wonder what they would have said get that finger out of my store its weapon wankers the lot of them oh and the other big thing while we running out side playing cowboys and indians or war as we called throwing dry cow pats at each other we were skinny little buggers like a drovers dog no obesity problem back then Paul
