  1. Its the same as my snowplow a TRXL 107 or 1071 six speed . They are both the same but the 1071 has a low low creeper gear. Hopefully someone chimes in because I don't know if the were available in 1966. So it might be a quad. With a newer heater cover.
  2. I agree it would make a great plow GreenGiant. I kinda think my plow days could be coming to an end though. Contracts are going for cheap $$$$$ and require new equipment. Something I don't agree with. My R is in its 30 th winter plowing , 18 th winter for me, and it has never let me down. The new equipment is breaking down all the time. Last winter at one point they had 4 broke down with electronic or DPF issues.
  3. Hate to admit it ………but I have a Freightliner that I appreciate.

  7. My R with fender flares is 8 ft 2 inches . Without the fender flares , like your new one , should be less than 8 ft - only your mirrors will be over 8' 6" but I would think the outer arms could just be folded in .
  8. Jus love a chance to show off my
  9. Thanks for the pics OD. The pic of the man under the car reminds me of the story of a fellow that stopped to help a young lady out. As he was working on her car she asked him he could be quiet ,as her boy friend was asleep inside the car. We had some great fall colours up here too. They are all pretty well gone now.
  10. Holy hell and back, do I ever like that ! I can't believe such a sad story could have such a good ending. Very good job!!!
  11. I think ? but not sure …..If it has air conditioning it will have air cylinder, no air has the knob that you turn to open the cowl vent .
  12. Welcome aboard !! They say old trucks collect the nicest people.I find that true. Your amongst a great group of truck lovers. I love to see pics …….. Even Pete pics Keith
  13. Thanks a lot for the great pics. Just a thought, I had a brigadier that the brakes would lock up on . I had to put on a new treadle valve and things worked great after. Maybe its the truck, not you. Its just a thought , don't replace the treadle valve unless your sure. They can be nasty to switch out. Peddle pin and plunger may just need cleaned and lubed
  14. Thanks for the update. Hope you have a great trip to Englishtown. Look forward to your video.
  15. Congrats on the new buy. By the looks of your RS, it's going to a good home.
  16. Happy B day Alex. Hope its a great one. Keith
  17. Anytime I have had air coming out of the service line without a trailer hooked to it , its been the tractor protection valve. I am with you. I hate changing treadle valves ! So I always start with the easy ones first . TP valves are not very expensive and usually pretty easy to get to.
  18. I see your a new member . First, I would like to welcome you aboard. There is a lot of helpful info here. I can't help you with your first problem, but my money is on the tractor protection valve for your second problem. Good luck with your RD ! I would love to see pics of it. Keith
  19. A few more pics of some other brands at the show.
  20. I was hoping to see you Alex. I was by you truck a couple of times….You were probably at mine. Your trucks looks great!! I have pics of the motorhome also. I think it started life as a Ford CL9000. But could be totally wrong. Very interesting rig.
  21. Thanks BAD DOG, I had a great time . I was there for 2 and a half days, and think I still missed things . It was a great show, and I really enjoyed meeting you. I was starting to think you couldn't make it. Then you made my day. I was sitting by my binder when I watched you pull in. VERY NICE TRUCK!!!!! I will add some more pics……
