    ok way up in th sticks can see where you might not readily find one, they can be imported

    lots of places to get 24v starters depends on where you are other option is to have what you now have rebuilt, first make sure the starter is the problem

    from the horror storys i`ve been reading and being told about most of the new stuff won`t even make it through the warranty period. so its a crap shoot which one you buy

    never had any luck trying to replace a window on one that old steel screws and alum caps just don`t mix

    I learned real early how to get along with 2 sticks starting about the age of 16 in an old diamond t off road truck hot- dirty-rough riding -should i go on? maybe i should add that i ran a 220 powered emeryville up and down through your part of the country also. it had the standard 260 ac system

    interesting a pressure washer would sure help. looks like a lot of metal work needed. if it will run might be worth a shot but if i were you i`d take a real hard look under the cab .the old diamond t in the back ground is that up for grabs to?

    I remember a gmc like the pic 60 61 an old guy hauled asphalt with up in no.va . it had that ind, front suspension that was so weak he carried 2 large rubber blocks around that he would stick in the a frames while waiting to load . put his 8 1/2 to 9 tons on go dump it` take his blocks out go back to the plant and do it all over

    what if the injured person was hit by a state police car running 80 mph? he`s hurt just as bad but have you ever heard an insane settlement like that against a state or municipality or anyone else except trucking co`s

    roadway did run some 903s but i would not say they were in macks most likely were in whites

    you can get em to chime if you hit em just right

    the clutch was put in there for a very very good reason use it its much cheaper to replace than a transmission or set of rears or both
