  1. 47"*22" driver side b model 70 gallon aluminum step tank. Bottom is dented, repair welding to front & minor denting in the front side. Should be able to clean up to a nice tank. Located in upstate NY $350 as is
  2. I have about 25 of these for sale for $40 plain and $80 wearing football helmet. I will bring them to Trucktoberfest on the 19th and Island dragway on the 20th.
  3. It does appear to be a front axle limiting valve. I found there is at least one 80150 valve available on eBay.
  4. Where are the parts located?
  5. I don't think an MH drop visor has ever been mass produced in the US. I imagine the vti visor was custom made by whoever built that truck. I was thinking about doing one for mine in the past but have decided to keep the oe style.
  6. This was the first thing I found to help you
  7. It took me a while to find it on the map this time. It's at the end of Amstel Blvd, Arverne, Queens NY. It looks like it probably crossed Jamaica Bay on a barge from JFK. And it does appear to have been previously used with this trailer in conjunction with a jeep in one photo I found.
  8. I read somewhere quite a few years back that this wasn't the trailer this truck was first put into service with. It might have only been used for the JFK job. If that's the case it's not a tremendous loss in my eyes if it doesn't get saved. I can't imagine the logistics involved with getting the truck out of there on the streets. I'd think the only way to get the trailer out of there in one piece would be on the river.
  9. I was hoping to get a chance to see it someday. Now there's a good chance I will
  10. It's definitely not a rest-rite. We had a couple of them. They had flush doors with keyed latches. Not the paddle latches. They also had the emblem on the side of the little man laying on a flatbed. We even had a superliner with a loungeliner rest-rite bunk. I'd love to find another one of them
  11. After some searching I think Vlad is correct about it being an Able Body.
  12. I haven't seen it again. I think that bunk opening was original to the manufacturer. It did appear to be missing the headliner in the cab though. My family had a couple of that brand sleeper in the 90's but I don't recall the name
  13. And....it's gone, likely sold.
  14. They are asking $30k, it's too high for me but the market here hasn't fallen back to reality here yet. If it was mine I'd probably ask that much too.
  15. The Superliner 1's and possibly cruiseliners too ran the drag link to the passenger side. Not really a great setup.
  16. If you look through the pics you'll see it is missing the rear transverse torque rod. The mount is broken on the frame
  17. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/918595139882273/?ref=search No affiliation. V8 13 speed neway
  18. 87931 is the patent number they all had. More than likely you have a smaller bumper guide dog. Easiest way to know you're buying the right size without a part number is if it has cropped ears. The smaller ones only had sharp pointed ears.
  19. There is one at gerhart's that's complete. The shows in a few weeks. Can look at it then.
  20. I wonder if those ever came with a dual speed governor. I have a 285 with an ambac that's got a dual speed and we just supplied it with constant air pressure to run at the higher speed.
  21. I think your biggest concerns will be that the '07 cab probably relies on a j1939 data link for diagnostics and instrumentation that wasn't likely present on the '00 chassis. The closest experience I've had was putting an '02 cab on an '07 Peterbilt. I spent a lot of time altering wiring harnesses to make it work. The 2 model years you're dealing with had completely different instrument panels so I'd expect you'll run into trouble wiring it.
  22. I'd love to have an M series haul truck for myself, they're just a little too big. I wish Roger's little Dart haul truck was in better shape.
