  7. I called on this a while back and it seemed to be a big deal to answer questions I had I figured they didn't want it sold to bad if its that hard to speak to someone and act like you want it to sell.

  9. What a shame I didn't know you needed wheels I just took a full set of Dayton rims and spacers to the scrap yard.

  16. I prefer a month or so off myself these last few weeks were spent cutting firewood now Im working on the superliner cab. I completely gutted the new cab just got the windshields out this morning pulled the gasket got all the doors stripped down to the shells today will be spent hammering the metal flat and welding up all the cracks under where the lower mirror struts were mounted.Pulled the doors off the cab stripped off all the vinyl decals off used some laquer thinner and got all the glue off from the decals I think I may pull the dash out this week still looking for a decent dash from an older truck without all the padded part of the dash being cracked.

  19. I don't know the pipe delivery crew hasn't missed much time since they laid us gravel guys off for the winter the full crew goes out every day. They must be hauling a lot of big pipe for I90 there is a lot of it disappearing from the yard I hear the straight truck delivery crew might be coming back soon.

  21. I am disassembling the superliner cab I bought getting it ready for paint I completely disassembled the doors yesterday in the beautiful warm weather. I want to replace the drivers door hinges they do have a bit of play in them is there a kit made to rebuild them like the old chevy doors had. I can get PAI hinges shipped to the house for $113 for the pair just wondering if I could save the originals mack wants over a hundred dollars each for them.
  22. Why would a guy even get into a truck loaded like that I know I wouldn't seems like a pretty crappy way to die if it gets away from you.
  23. That truck looks great its your money you make it the way YOU want it in the end it has to make you happy period. I modify everything I buy to make it the way I want it Im the only one who is putting the money and time into the project. If you drive it down the road and it makes you happy to be seen in it that's all that matters in the long run now I can jump down off my soap box. I have been modifying trucks, military vehicles and classic cars and heard it all both the criticism and compliments so just remember you cant please everybody so aim to please yourself.
  24. Mike I sold a few parts to Larry other than that its intact.
  25. I still have most of a 237 to part out still have block, heads, crank and rods, turbocharger, injectors and pump make an offer I need this out of my yard this spring this engine was in running condition when taken out of the truck.
