I checked at the local truck salvage place and they said they didn't have a single one in stock (hard to believe). I guess I'll keep looking and ask around some more.

I am looking for a set of (10) 8.25x22.5 Dayton rims (that fit a 11r22.5 tire) in order to get rid of the not so friendly old 3 piece rims currently on my mack. Let me know if someone has some sitting around they would be willing to sell? Thanks

It should be possible to run an end dump off a 2 line system though I would think, or am I wrong?

I assume it is posssible to add a pto/pump to a mack 5 speed has anyone done it? Did you need any special parts besides the transmission specific pump, lines, controls, and tank? I want to add a wet kit to my f-model to use a small end dump and possibly a rgn lowboy. So from what I have read I need at least a two line wet kit? I hope you guys can point me in the right direction. Thanks

Thanks for the warm welcome. The old dog fired up and drove off the low boy despite being 29 degrees and snowing , no ether required. Things look to be off to a good start. Superdog. I might have to take you up on the parts , just need the time to actually get into really giving the truck a good going over So far just the drivers door glass is needed.

I have been playing with my friends u-model dump truck long enough to decide I needed my own Mack. I found this one in mississippi and had it shipped up to michigan. Now the fun begins. A few simple questions to get me in the right direction: - Are the R and F model doors and side windows interchangeable? (need a drivers side ) - Has any one added a aftercooler to an F- model 237? - Can you run a wider tire on the front of an f-model or does it rubb? I am thinking of a better step - Should I swap to 10r22.5 or 11r22.5 tires as the original 10.00r20s are very rotted and i have never liked the two piece rims? - Does anyone have a parts f-model with a complete power steering set up? now to squeeze it into the barn before the snow flies. Thanks
