  1. E9 or Sig6. A CH with 46s and a lined frame , it'd do it, just not very fast.
  2. How many utters get pulled to fill that ?
  3. That truck is over 20 years old. Looks like it's in fantastic shape. 🤔 might not be up to the task of pulling that trailer with the multitude of axles in the background if it was loaded.
  4. CL hood had a little more behind the latch and more in the front.
  5. That's a nice CH613. Hood's too short for a CL.
  6. Trucks like in that video ? New drivers call them "a shifter truck"
  7. Let's face it, ya can't teach guys like years ago. No more threatening them with having to fix it. No more smack'n them, or shaming them into learning (like telling coworkers they drive like a girl) Then there's the laundry list of reasons you don't dare let someone without a CDL on a road....mainly the fines and what your insurance company will do when they find out. I don't think I could teach anyone at this point. Hell, I don't even know where to get Crocks or flip flops.
  8. The guy did a good job of trying to explain. Sad part is most new recruits still wouldn't be able to move the thing 50 feet.
  9. IDK about you, but I can't wait to go to work tomorrow and put some of that instruction to use.
  10. Only other one I know is still on there is that sunny.....and now leo the fourteenth
  11. I'd just like to take a second and thank you guys for not pick'n on me for knowing a couple of those princesses by name.
  12. Put'm in between woopy n joy
  13. I had good results just getting a new sending unit and zip tying it to something close to the exaust area. Then I stuck a pipe plug in the hole. Of course the gauge doesn't work, but it'll stop it from going through the derate thing. There were other wires close that weren't too hot and I kinda aimed the probe part towards the heat.
  14. Corrosion. The copper turns green and looks sorta like Comet Cleanser. You may not get that ailment where you live. It can be tricky to spot at times.
  15. Not sure about where you live, but up here the green stuff wicks into there too. Gotta look close there , do the ten pound test . New harness won't make much of a difference if that's bad there too.
  16. Happy birthday 🎂
  17. IDK about second amendment. I do know that since I posted that earlier, an illegal broke into a neighbor's house here and attacked the 16 year old girl in there . Where's her justice ? Kid's apt to be scarred for life. Great huh ??
  18. The plug where the engine harness plugs into the chassis harness on the left side down like by the spring hanger is another popular spot for issues.
  19. Usually under the valve cover, the insulation falls off it as soon as you touch it after a few years.
  20. Usually under the valve cover, the insulation falls off it as soon as you touch it after a few years.
  21. There's a fella on the site here called The Heinz. He's pretty gracious about helping out confirming things like that. Maybe he'll chime in on that.
  22. I can't picture any part of it under the valve cover living through being touched. Guy I know just bought one a couple months ago. Maybe he was just lucky ???
  23. 🤔 I wonder if Freight train has one of those and he's not say'n.
