  1. I have arranged a group buy for white plastic 5 color logo mudflaps! They will be the 70's color logo pictured below and they will be available in 30" & 36". They will be Symplastic's Poly Guard, non-curling plastic flap with full color, epoxy screened left & right logos! These flaps were OEM 15 plus years ago. I have to place a 1000 piece order so I really need your help on this! We'll do the same thing as the Chrome Shells, just call or email me with your name, phone number, quantiy & size of the flaps you want and we we'll call you when the stock arrives! No money now...I just need a pre order list! Call toll free: 1-888-304-6225 or email: wmsi@alltel.net Price is $45.00 per pair/either size (shipping extra) Place your pre order NOW! We have to act fast on this deal!! Poly Guard Flap Info Poly Guard™ Flaps Poly Guard™ flaps are made from durable High Density Polyethylene with a UV stabilizer. Poly Guard is designed to prevent curling. Manufacturers of cheaper plastic flaps give polyethylene flaps a bad name because their plastic flaps curl, sail and crack. Poly Guard does not. It is even guaranteed not to curl or break within one year of installation at temperatures of -20ºF to 170ºF. Poly Guard is stress relieved after extruding to ensure flatness. This gives it the anti-curl, anti-sail characteristic. Poly Guard is 0.175" thick and is available in all standard and custom size flaps. Poly Guard comes standard in either White or Black and the 24" x 30" flaps is also available in Red, Medium Blue, Gray, Green, Yellow and Burgundy. All Symplastics flaps have a standard 7" center bolt hole location, utilizing oval holes and the bottom corners are rounded for appearance. Poly Guard can be easily decorated with custom logos using a silk screen printing technique with special epoxy inks. Black flaps are not possible because the logo would not be very visible...

  9. Well, Koneta pretty much shot me down! They don't want to touch this project. But I did contact Symplastics (another original Mack vendor) and they are looking into it. I actually have one of their old flaps and it looks pretty cool...what do you guys think? They would pobally have to be white plastic as pictured, but I may still be able to do black plastic and/or rubber...Let me know what you think and I'll keep you posted.
  10. I'm not sure on the year, but it does look like an EH...you should probally get the serial number and call the Mack Museum. They can tell what model and year it is from the vin number.

  15. Alot of the new block heaters are push in despite the threaded block hole. Pre 81 has a toggle screw to fasten and 81 and up has a plate with 1 bolt to fasten it to the block. (Reference Zero Start brand...)
  16. Thats funny! We've all though about doing something like that! LOL
  17. I just hope I can get good news for you guys! My first call today was shot down pretty quick...but I got a few more names to go to at Koneta!
  18. I'll be working on a group buy for the Mack 70's 5 color logo mud flaps today, but I would like to get some feed back from you guys. Please fill out the poll above so I have an idea of what everyone wants! Feel free to post comments here also... This is the logo I'm talking about...The flaps would be left & right and sold as a pair.
  19. Sounds good...I'll call tomorrow and get the info and maybe we can start a group buy (kinda like the grille shells!) Are you talking white rubber or black rubber?
  20. The new logo is only available on flaps looking right. We actually had the old logos reproduced from the original vendor in left and rights! Here is what they look like: I like the old red & green flaps too...I just may have to look into that!
  21. I can get most of the different lights for Super-Liners...are you talking about the 4 long and 1 short?
  22. I've always been told that the dogs should face each other, also.
  23. HaHa...true! But who's the 1 guy that voted no? LOL
  24. You got it! Good food and lots of quality BS'ing are essential to any good trip! How 'bout some more photos!
  25. I'd love to bring back the Truck of the Month! I only stopped because of lack of entries...But we did have a good turnout in photos sent in for the calendar so maybe we'll give it another try!
