  2. I'm staying outta this one! LOL We are sometimes guilty of this also. But most of our local customer base has in house charge accounts and they usually never have to pay out cash for the 2nd time charge. We just put it on their account and then credit it when we get credit. It is due to Mack's policy because they demand invoices for replacement purchases. We can't return it without an invoice. Like Thad said, customer misuse is a big problem. We can't give out a part then not be able to get reimbursed from Mack because they said it was broken by the user. We try to be fair, but it usually comes down to Mack and their vendor experts who determine the warranty issues. I don't think this is the case with Mack Dealers only...I bet that if the NAPA Alt was bad out of box...they would also want to bill you for a new one until they got credit for the defective one.
  3. Dale, thanks for posting...this could be very helpful to users in the future...can you also post some photos? I would love to see your A/C setup between the seats...
  4. You can get a whole tune up kit for your Jake, also...it includes the orings, springs and all those little parts that tend to make a Jake not work right!
  5. Thanks for the update, Jim! It was a great show! We were happy with our location...everything worked out good! Just let us know as soon as we can register for next year.

  11. Well, I took the kids to see the movie Yesterday! It was really cool! MACK the 1985 Super-Liner had a pretty big role and lots of screen time! It was cool to see the Mack script on the side of the hood and even the Bulldog on the hood! Good job Disney/Pixar! I give it 2 thumbs up! Even for an animated movie...take the kids and go see it!! You'll be glad you did.
  12. Lookin good, Jeff!! Well Done!! Keep those pics coming!

  16. Again this year, employees at the New River Valley Plant in Dublin, Virginia, where all Mack highway products are produced, paid tribute to this country’s fallen and missing heroes by participating in the Rolling Thunder® – Ride for Freedom event in Washington, DC. Working with the Veteran’s Committee of the United Autoworkers Local 2069, the men and women of NRV produced a very special Mack Vision™ model featuring a collage of images reflecting the cost of freedom associated with all wars. The truck served as a rolling color guard for a group of over two hundred Dublin-area motorcyclists who left the New River Valley plant for our nation’s capital on Saturday, May 27th to join thousands of others in the annual Memorial Day weekend Rolling Thunder® – Ride for Freedom parade honoring those killed or still missing in action.
  17. New batch of shirts are in! Legorigs...can you resend your shipping info? I will calculate the cost with freight. I also got a small supply of heavy weight sweatshirts with the 3 trucks logo if anyone is interested! Price is $28.00 each
  18. Been awile since we heard of any of your B67 adventures! Sounds like great fun...only thing better would be some photos!
  19. Great photos! Thanks for posting them!
  20. Welcome to BMT! Glad to have ya!! Those CL Elites are pretty common here in the States. The gold dog usually means that it has Mack engine, tranny and rears...pedigreed, so to speak! If its rough work you have to do...then the camelbacks are a good choice, (your back and kidneys won't agree) but they are very tough and stable in off road conditions. Hope you enjoy working with your new dog! Keep us posted!
