  1. same here we use heavy steel bodies without liners.and it takes a very large piece of concrete to even put a small mark in the steel.
  2. or malt liquor and drugs.
  3. agreed. think of the biebeau and beauroc dump bodies from canada. the bibeau will dent very easy. the beauroc will not.
  4. i made money in vegas once....................and i was told if they ever caught me near that photocopy machine again, i would spend the next 20 years behind bars. so i left and never went back.
  5. that is pretty much how it goes on this side of the pond too Vlad.
  6. single stick trans with bungee cord passenger door latch.
  7. i ran a 05 granite triaxle with the 427 an 8ll trans for two years. great truck, and it would outrun the 05 kenworth T800 with 470HP C13 and 8ll trans. only issue with the granite was highway gears. it would do 90+ on the road, but was no good offroad. i would not go any newer than 05 if replacing. if you repower, you will love the way the truck runs with a 4 valve 350 or 400 with a 8ll trans.
  8. yea, what he said!!! only next time more girl pictures and less tree pictures.
  9. does it pop out of all gears, or just one?
  10. o am a little surprised that you have that many American trucks over there. i knew our Crown Vics, Lincolns, and Grand Marquis cars were in big demand in Russia, but was not aware our trucks were too!
  11. good eye!! i had to go back and look hard at each picture to see the Schneider cab over in the truck stop pic.
  12. Vlad, the volvo in the first picture is wearing the colors of a Yellow/Roadway truck here in the states.
  13. thanks for that JT, i thought they said it was the father. i used to deliver top soil to them off the jobs that was not going to be reused.
  14. interesting to see the Holmdel Nursery trucks there, i was told they sold all of them after the owner died 3 years ago.
  15. i wonder how loud the same people who think obumper care is the best think since sliced bread would scream bloody murder if they lost their privately paid for free health insurance and had to pay for it out of pocket through the abortion the rest of us have had forced down our throats?
  16. while this may be true, the real truth to this fact is it is being paid for by others who actually work for a living . get rid of obozocare and let health insurance be run by companies not the government. if you want it pay for it. if you can't pay for it, get off welfare and get a freakin job.
  17. that ain't rust, that is "character"
  18. that started around 5 or so years ago. i guess evilbay figured people were too stupid to search for what they were looking for, and would buy whatever was in front of them. that was the main reason i stopped using evilbay. search for 65 falcon hardtop left wing window and get 15,000 listings for everything but a 65 falcon hardtop left wing window.
  19. As was already said, Scania still sells cabover trucks in the United Sates. so does Mack and Freightliner. Kenworth and Peterbilt make medium duty cab overs too. Cabovers are just not a popular anymore because the overall vehicle length restrictions are longer than they were 30 years ago.
  20. jack and coke over cookies and milk?? i like your choice of "refreshment"
  21. copy the link, and paste it into the post reply box.
  22. mine is mounted bottom center of windshield behind the CB.
  23. it is different to say the least. but not bad once you get used to it.
  24. that is the electrical malfunction light. macks version of a check engine light. to retreive the fault codes: with engine running, Turn speed control switch Off, then press and hold SET/DECEL or RESUME/ACCEL switch until EML goes out. After approximately one second, the V-MAC module will begin blinking out its two-digit blink codes. The two digits of each code will be separated by a one second idle time (EML out) Each blink code digit may consist of up to nine on–off flashes. The on and off time for each flash will be 1/4 of a second. Count the EML on flashes to determine two digit blink code.
