My English is bad, so I will use a translator. I will be glad that they will accept me here and will not refuse help. Have a nice day, everyone! welcome to BMT Sergey!!
  6. Bob, i figured the rock would be the big job because my shoulders do not work like they did 28 years ago last time i did it when i built this place. (i gutted it to the 4 bare walls and replaced EVERYTHING) but no, the rock only took 2 1/2 hours. the plumbing fought me all the way. i had 3 valves that were seized that i had to replace. and since i was not intent on replacing them, i also had to go to the store and buy new ones. than i had intended to hook the sink drain to the vent cleanout port i put in 28 years ago.......no way jose!!! 4 foot pipe wrench with a 4 foot "cheater pipe" and it laughed at me. even after heating it to sizzling with a oxy torch with rosebud head. so back off to the store for a fernco T-Y to cut into the copper vent pipe and do it the hard way.
  7. yesterday for me was restructure roof supports over kitchen, than sheetrock and spackle. today was plumbing. too almost 7 hours!! i figured the plumbing would be the easy part. oops, i was wrong.
  8. something on that truck looks "off" . almost looks like front axle tires are smaller than rear axle.
  9. yup. google being google Larry.
  10. Mark, the google security certificate expired on 12- 31 or 1-1. and it took a while for it to renew. i could not log on with either the laptop, or desktop, phone only. and it was a royal pain to do it on the phone too.
  11. i have a bunch of home made tools out in the boxes too. fan clutch nut wrench for fords is a piece of 1/2 bar stock cut for a 4 flat fit. 02 sensor and oil pressure/ temp sensor sockets are impact sockets with one flat cut out. i have 2 9/16 open/box wrenches bent 180 to fit behind cowls for stack clamps. also a 90° adaptor for a 4 1/2 grinder for getting into real tight places where the machine will not fit. i took an adaptor for a 1/2 inch drill and modified it to fit the grinder. took a pair of pliers and modified them to fit up under the cowl of 90's gm cars to remove the clamps off heater hoses. those are just a few off the top of my head.
  12. besides the setback front axle, the other easy id is the headlights. almost looks like they are "frenched in" deep into the hood on radiator side. they were big with cement mixer companies here in Jersey and New York.
