i meant by the time volvo bought them and closed the doors. white/volvo/gmc was not very popular trucks. back in the day, yes they were very big. but by the time volvo bought white around 79-80 they were on the verge of bankruptcy. volvo bought them , merged with gmc, and brought them back for about 10 years or so before finally killing the White name in the 90's.

white trucks went the way of all other smaller manufacturers. bought by volvo, and than eliminated.

yup, same here.

250 is a litte on the high side. My diesels usually show around 20 degrees higher than coolant temp when running hard. This is on both big trucks and pickups.

actually Trump did not pay her anything. michael cohen paid her to keep quiet. he was never reimbursed from any Trump organization, and admitted under oath before he was convicted and sentenced to jail the trumps did not know anything about the payment until many many months after it was paid.

hey now, i resent that remark!!! well at least i never did it. but others would do it to my 88 at times. than when i would go to leave i would blow beer cans all over the place.

buy the way, it is a "puff limiter" not a puff eliminator. the purpose of the puff limiter is to stop the black smoke "puff" on take off from idle until the turbo spools up.. it is not to stop it from smoking.

with all the mentally challenged "women" out there these days, my bet is they will sell like hotcakes on sunday morning. only the "women" will be buying them, not men to give as gifts.

agreed. that nitwit that blows up detroits "because he dont like them" is denying others of keeping older trucks alive. i would take an old screamin deamon over any new truck. there is nothing like the sound of a two stroke detroit working hard......or playing!!! -

i actually got very few notifications from BMT. most came from the other 6 sites i am a member of. but since i usually check sites every hour or two, i see no need for email notifications.

When they ask what the Walmart mod is, someone says go to Walmart, get a large plastic bag, and tightly wrap it around your air filter.😁

On the Ford truck dorum when kids come in asking how to "roll coal" we tell them to do the wall mart mod.

I don't have that problem because I have email notifications turned off. I don't need 4-500 email notifications every day

with the amount of damage there, i am going to wager it was a very high rev engine, like on a dyno, or maybe a sled pulling truck engine. the oil pan looks to be full of sludge so it probably was a well abused engine.
