Not me. I lose the windows and turn the ac up another notch I has ice crystals on the outside of the passenger window last night when I pulled in the yard. And it was 93 degrees outside the truck. 😁

May be an old wives tale, but I was told it is because hot water has less air bubbles than cold water.

to make you nuttier than squirrel turds? trick: before releasing lower tray cubes, put it in a pan of hot water for around 30 seconds. the heated tray will let the cubes come rite out.

nope did not change. NJ is still no self serve. antiquated law from 1949, but every time it gets put to a vote to allow self serve, the great citizens all say hell no, we do not want to pump our gas. besides, it gives convicted felons and drug dealers jobs.

Outside air temp rising at idle

even with a properly working fan the ambient sensor can read wrong as it is not in the airflow. .so when sitting it reads the heat off the engine and radiator. -
the diesel pumps are usually overlooked because they are away from the gas pumps in most stations, so no one complains when you self serve with diesel.. but technically, self serve diesel is not allowed here either.

yup, no self serve here. the nu yawkas keep trying to have it changed, and every time they put it to a vote, we say HELL NO!!! their reasoning is "it will lower prices" bullshevic!!! our gas prices are lower than all surrounding states, except in the big money towns and commuter corridors. out on the highway 1/4 mile from me gas is $3.75 per gallon. 1 mile away on a local road commuters do not use it is $3.35 a gallon.

We just lined the bed and sides with plywood. But thy do make some sweet Teflon liners too -
The air valve was on the hose hoop. Remove the hose would turn the air on. Put coiled hose back on hoop and air would turn off. And as younuns, we would ride our bikes around the pumps over the hose ringing the bell until someone inside Got mad enough to come out and chase us away.

i bought my 88 F-SuperDuty new with a little over 400 miles on it. converted to single wheel 4X4 by 1,000 miles. has a little over 496,000 miles on it and never had a flat. i still have the original spare out in the garage too. but no way i would even think of using a 35 year old tire.

my main problem now is bad hips, and a body full of arthritis. i wear a XXXL shirt. not for the waist or stomach, but for the shoulders and neck. shoulders are tight, and i have to put a 3 inch slit in the neck/collar to fit the XXXL around my neck without choking me. from shoulders down the shirt looks like an oversized tent. a good fist worth of slack between shirt and stomach.

agreed. very good looking and priced pair of long frame tandems.

i was 6' 1" and 175 at 18. now at 67 i and 282. but the reason for the weight gain was breaking my neck in 1982 and having limited mobility after learning to walk again.
