  1. only slightly off topic Paul. my old family farm just sold to a big warehouse developer. the property owner sold, and my friend that took over our lease is now 67. he decided to take the money for the 5 acres he owns on the big highway that houses the equipment barn and stand. he closed retail operations last year as it was not really profitable any more and stopped planting veggies. now just doing wheat, rye, and soybeans. developer told him he has rites to farm the 4,500 acres as long as he wants to, they will wait till he quits to build the warehouses. plans submitted to the town last week are for 10 1 million square foot warehouses, 2,000 houses, 5,000 condos and apartments, plus3 shopping centers and 1 school.
  2. well, that is the problem Joey..... they cant. but that does not stop them from passing laws mandating it. New Jersey passed a law 20 years ago mandating "smart guns" The New Jersey Childproof Handgun Law, passed in 2002, requires that once a smart gun is sold anywhere in the country (even outside of New Jersey), all New Jersey gun shops must, within three years, only carry smart guns. it has been 20 years, and there is still no "smart guns" that work as the planners think they will.
  3. it took close to 150 miles for the flat spots on the radials on my pickup to go away after the truck sat for 4 years.
  4. it very well could have flat spots.
  5. yup. they have three years to come up with an electric truck that can run 500 miles per charge hauling 80,000 lbs......every day... they can't even do half that with a car that weighs 3,500 lbs..
  6. sooner or later all trucks will need to run DEF or be taken off the road. nu yawk already requires it since jan 1 2020, but so far the law in not enforced. new jersey has already signed a law that says new truck sales after 2025 must be zero emissions pollution free. but have not come up with an alternative propulsion source to reach this stupid greenie tree hugger ruling.
  7. we can say all we want and voice our opinions all we want Bob. but as long as the demonrats control the media and government, they control what people see or hear. if they tell the sheep 99% think they are doing a good job, the sheep will believe them. even if they feel differently.
  8. DEF is 32.5% urea and 67.5% de-ionized water. not 67% urea and 33% water. second point: DEF is injected into the exhaust, not into the engine. third point: The urea used in the manufacture of DEF is synthetically derived from ammonia and carbon dioxide. fourth point: Colonial Chemical Company of New Jersey makes 90% of the urea used in DEF, and has been doing so for over 20 years. so i would not believe anything those "experts" say.
  9. where the hell did they come up with that number? 20 rounds? yup. 100 rounds, yup. 1000 rounds? yup. 1657? are you freaking stupid, or just pulling numbers out of your asterisk?
  10. I use them as fluid filters. Not old ones, because I never wore one...I probably got. Over 100 in the mail free from all the "we are thinking of your well being" idjiots
  11. there were two different dogs. large for hood ornament, and a smaller one for the "rookie poles" on the front bumper corners.
  12. if he was really good, he would have figured out a way to have her repay you the 81 grand you had to pay over the past 15 years for nothing. ya should have said she had proof the clintons were dirty. they would have clintoncided her asterisk way back then. 🤣
  13. Dad left us 2020 6 months shy of 91. He was Korea war wounded. Almost killed in a helicopter crash in lakewood nj, rite in front of the door to hanger 1 of hindenburg fame.
  14. unfortunately nu joisey is run by the welfare cities. so while 90% of the state hates demonrats, the 10% with the most people vote demonrat to keep their freebies.
  15. yup. VERY hard to find. it is him and the company owners son. no one else will do it. 91 years old would be Korean war, not WWII. 2 was all done by late 45. so he would have had to serve at no older than 14 years old.
  16. yes the video link works Paul.
  17. my daughter first hooked up with a dirtbag that got her pregnant then split. my soon to be son in law is a wrecker driver for one of the larger recovery outfits. he does mostly fatal recoveries for state police. nice guy, and he treats my daughter and granddaughter like princesses
  18. Joey, take the wife on vacation to mexico. while there, denounce your us citizenship and become a mexican citizen. then sneak back across the border. the government will give you everything you will ever need for the rest of your life. free housing, medical, car, phone, and weekly paycheck. 😁
  19. we had to raise the hourly rate $25 to cover fuel costs. and that does not even pay for the fuel used. i am averaging $350 per day when out on rental. two years ago before bidet i was spending $150 per day on rental.
  20. i have been hearing about the great fuel shortage here in joisey for the past two weeks. but fuel went down 25 cents a gallon between friday and this afternoon. and our local fuel delivery trucks are running two shifts trying to keep up with the demand.
  21. i remember that rig tooling around up here. always made me jealous whenever i saw it.
  22. funny, i don't see no birds in them piktures.
  23. so true. if i had known i was going ot live this long, i would have taken a lot better care of my body!!!
  24. ya know Bob, the bad hips, knee, and arthritis are a fair tradeoff for the past 38 years after the doctors told me i would never walk again after breaking my neck. and i was not easy on my body either. they wanted to replace both knees back in 88, and i refused. i got 27 more years out of the left one before it finally said NO MORE!!! eventually i will get the right knee and the hips replaced but i am not quite ready yet. i am stubborn as a mule when it comes to surgery.
