I have a 2001 mack that has low voltage on the ground wires to the dash.I was told it may be a direct short. I am going through all wires now. Any help is appreciated.

I have a 2001 mack ch613. We had a new computer put in it ,but the guage panel is cutting in and out now.I have checked the plug and have all kinds of power going to it.is there something else that I can check. And I di check all the fuses for the guage cluster.I just feel I'm missing something.any help is appreciated. Thank you.
