I'm so bummed out. I missed out on one here. It was museum quality. Every nut and bolt was polished, had a flathead V8. Saw it at out local tractor parade and then found out the owner passed away just after. Someone called me and told me it was for sale for 10 thousand Canadian. But I was still in the trucking business and couldn't afford 10 grand, LOL If I had the mining job I have now I would have jumped on that in a heart beat.

There was an old TV show I used to watch, and now they have it back up on RFD TV app. Post Cards From Nebraska. I love this show. The world I want to still live in. Such simple times. But anyway, this episode has a house mover with a cool looking White Road Boss.

Here in Ontario Canada, when the dealer shimmed my puff limiter to meet our annual inspection limits, that truck couldn't move itself empty. It was lame. So I had the puff limiter plumbed through the deep reduction air switch for the Mack 12 speed, since my truck was switched to an Eaton 15 over before I got it. Go into the inspection scales, flip the switch. Get out on the highway, flip the switch, LOL

I only used to do that with my diesel pickup at the stop lights to all those Fast and Furious wanna-be's with their little 4 cylinder jap cars with their 6 inch exhaust and no mufflers. LOl

Didn't you get a kick out of that Diesel Brothers show on Discovery Channel? They built their motors to roal so much coal, I don't even think they were making any power because the cylinders were so washed with unburnt fuel, LOL Then it was a big shock to them they got nailed by the EPA and had to pay hundreds of thousands in fines. What did you expect? You put it right there on national tv in front of millions of Libtards! Like I always say....if you are going to be stupid, or illegal.....be discreet about it.🤣 And yes, I had the puff limiter disabled on my 88 R Model.......but I knew how to drive it. So it had response but I didn't lay plumes of smoke. And that was pulling 140,000 pounds it's whole life.

Some of the aftermarket LED bulbs I have seen are like that too. They have fans on them. Some do and some don't? Did y'all see the new Granite updates yet? Nobody has mentioned them yet here. But then again most of us hate new stuff anyway. I just saw it in an email I received. New grill shape and heated LED headlights like the new Star's have.

Yep, my F150 came with LED headlights. And I get flashed by EVERY on-coming vehicle on the highway. The LED's in the new Kenworth's are wicked bright when they are coming at you also. The new Granite's have LED's now too.

Unless covid truck prices have risen that much in last two years, in 2020 I could get a fully loaded Star tri-axle dump brand new for $227,000 in worthless canadian money. Am I that out of touch now?? I have read articles about the new upcoming emissions regs and they did say it will be the end of the owner operator. Even International is predicting $300,000 prices for an average sleeper tractor.
