  1. From the album: S-Cam Repair

Grinder is securely mounted to table in-feed
  2. From the album: S-Cam Repair

Removing the epoxy and prepping the journal with grinder.
  3. From the album: S-Cam Repair

This was my first try at adding "bearing material" to a S-Cam journal. It's a super epoxy with a high ceramic content. It's very tough on cutting tools. And needs good prepping, which I didn't do.
  4. Looking for pictures for a Model B-46 (B-42...) non-extended front bumper and brackets. Pictures of something close to original would be great. What came on the truck isn't close. So it sounds like the bumper should be close to flush with the grille, and there be rectangular "step holes"? Two bolts or 3 bolts to the frame brackets?
  5. From the album: eMack Conversion

Pieces fit. Still need to weld it together. The hinged panel (where the old circuit breakers were) will have circuit board with 20+ LEDs showing the status (ON or OFF) of various systems.
  6. Hey B-Modellers, I'm looking for pictures, parts, or source of parts for my eMack's Parking Brake. Specifically, I'm looking for: The anchor bolt The anchor spring The picture shows what I'm looking for. If I have a picture of the bolt, I can make it. I can fudge the spring.
  7. There is no engine, so no compression too slowdown or hold the vehicle stationary. Automatic transmissions have a Parking Pawl that jams into a cog that indirectly locks the transmission to the chassis... sort of like a driveshaft mounted parking brake. Except instead of a cog and a pawl, it's friction band around a drum.
