If you get as far as taking it in you place the burden of identifying the problem directly on the mechanic. If it will do it for him while plugged in he shouldn’t have a lot of trouble finding it..... including the basic instruments to check fuel pressure, aeration, etc.

Might be curious to see what temp the computer thinks the intake is seeing and whether it’s actual......

Your oil replacement system has been eliminated. Now your going to have to add a gallon between changes.

Put a pressure gauge and sight glass on the line into pump and get the actual rolling pressure reading. See if it really is a quirk. You have electronic V-Mac pump or mechanical?

Best advice I heard is from my wife’s dad. He’s seen a lot of the human condition. My father-in-law describes them as the 8%. The eight percent of any population that raises 100% of all the hell for the 92% and get 100% of 6 o’clock screen time. The 8% that sell drugs, manufacture drugs, steal drugs, rob, money launder, make corrupt leaders, rape, loot, father illegitimate children like shooting skeet, mug little old lady’s, protest violently, shoot up the school, fly jets into buildings filled with civilians, cut peoples heads off, produce porn films, burn crosses, form gangs, drive drunk...........etc etc. and then the 92% who are working, driving a BMT, or at home eating chips with MSG, trying to live peaceably without get shot, robbed or run over by the 8% and occasionally skip church to go hunting then end up paying billions in taxes to contain and regulate the recklessness of the 8%. When it comes to Muslims specifically, if you want to see the meat and potatoes of a faith look to the fundamentalists of the faith. With Christianity it’s probably the Baptist’s and Mennonites. With Muslims it’s the blade wielding wackos who believe cutting your head off will secure entry to paradise. Wouldn’t be shocked if it ends up being about 8% of them.

Only upgrade was standpipe bolts on the water pump. The original were too short and provided no stretch. They installed standpipe collars and lengthened bolts to add stroke to the bolt’s elastic compensation. Less bolt breakage too. You have long bolts and collars? Believe they also made a beefier 3-bolt bracket for the top support.

You ever get the creeping feeling we stay in our military occupations like Afghanistan so the military can continually freshen and play with new stuff on a live field? I went to the peace museum in Hiroshima and saw the monitor tubes we dropped on them before lighting off Little Boy. In a showcase. The military dropped the little transparent tubes around the outside of the city. They were about the size of a large coffee thermos. You could see they had little crude devices to record pressure, temp, time, etc. U.S. didn’t want to miss the opportunity to make it a laboratory.

You can’t install them any way but correct. If you try to roll the formed triangle ring flats-out you’d need 4 hands to pull it off.

Personally, I think we should learn from the past. In WW2 they had troops sit in the back of a moving truck, with shotguns, shooting cross-angle trap & skeet while moving past the throw stations at 40MPH. That’s how the B17 gunners got their eye for leading moving targets. Have the Navy dump 20 gallons of expired marshmallows out on the water, wait for the seagulls to bob’n hover then dump the Metal Storm on them. When the sharks come to clean up the mess test some guided Torpedoes on them. A cheap, AOC green, solution that makes a safer, friendlier world.

Must be made for small bites and lots of swing travel judging from the boom-to-cylinder size ratio? We once tried a Liehberr 934C with a 70 foot boom. Salesman spec'ed it as do-able. They got it here and it couldn't pick a full (3/4 cord) grapple of Oak on the stretch, lol, oopsy.

Considering that I’d flash it to 330/350 and install some K&S injectors to push out an extra 20-30HP? I haven’t priced a VGT lately, but guessing the cost of a upgrade turbo would make the next leap expensive.

Sorry, don't have access...… Get 2 pizzas and a flat of printer paper and show up at the dealership during the nightshift. They can print out the whole thing for you off impact. Make your own diagram book. If I owned the truck I'd be tempted to ease a few wires and grounds out of critical low amp control circuits and take control.
