  1. Thats where all the money is, they will pay alot more for our toys than another American can.
  2. Holy poop , 12k , its a pretty damm nice U model ! Il take the trailer Vinny when you buy the truck.
  3. Yeah our U's dont have much room at all for the passenger .. at all
  4. Ive seen the magnetic heaters you can plug in for the oil pans, maybe il buy one next time. For now il take hatcitys advice .... with my Fed Ex truck ha haha.
  5. You should fit in the cab just fine too!
  6. Rob , No I havent, I fit in a regular cab ok but id like to drive a concave cab someday. Ive been spoiled with the "R" cab for a while now.
  7. Yeah that old Overnite MB was pretty damm cool. I emailed the B67 guy and havent heard back.
  8. If he's willing to drive it from NY to CA then id say he could toss in a couple batteries.
  9. 10-4. I wait for the temp to be in the 50's around here but if I have to drive in cold weather id do the heater idea.
  10. Ive had the same issue with a service desk guy at Colorado Mack , all about the pay check. Id love to work at a Mack dealer or hell at the plant too.
  11. Couldnt you just blow hot air ont othe oil pan? Like a nice big heater ?
  12. I think I counted 9 Macks, good pic!
  13. http://www.candhtruck.com/chtruckdb/salvage.aspx?sNode=E_6&iCID=6 Try them , I think they have one. If you need Mack keys , some are on ebay/ the blanks.
  14. Rob , Thanks for the offer. Your alot closer than CT. Ive used uship twice pretty good. Maybe a hot shot can get it hauled pretty cheap. Id rather have the owner bring it so I can go over the truck in person. But thats wishfull thinking im sure. I went through IL on my way to CO with the U model.
  15. Id say it could be put back into a tractor pretty easy, I dont see many Cruse Liners around.
  16. Sure wish you would get it out west , id be a buyer knowing the problems with the rot and rust and the frame.
  17. Wow, someone will have a amazing truck if you sell it. I enjoyed seeing pictures. Where many day cabs? This is the first one ive seen.
  18. http://cgi.ebay.com/...=item2318c6947c I figured id pass this on , doesnt seem to be a horrible deal and looks ok.
  19. Get a pic, id sure like to see it.
  20. Thanks for explaing it to me, like i said, ive never had a double framed truck. Im sure it would sell for 2500 , even as a truck to play around with. We all know its needing Heavy restoration , and I also rememebr seeing more of the bad pictures of rot , etc .on ebay that was left out when he put the ad here. Id still be a buyer for less of a price. Bob , could be the original dog and had his ears clipped when they cut down the frame.
  21. Dropped it a grand I see. Wish it had its original doggy on the hood. I have a frame question for you two , if you treat the rust and clean the frame rails , I guess you can heat them up and pound them back into shape or are they always going to look like that ? Ive never had a double frame or triple frame truck.
  22. Thats what got me to want to pass was the attitude, he knows its worth a million so if you dont pay what he thinks its wrth your wasting his time.
  23. God it has to be a set up to get guys to look at his ad , I thought it was a joke at first hahahah, il be high bidder if I can pick up in person.
