  4. Theres a full cab for sale on ebay, looks like a parts place where you can buy parts from it.
  5. See , that was the catch , I didnt want to try to ship something like it. I havent had good luck lately with shipping things other than a rifle or two. David , you got it. When you going to Greens? I called them today about a grill guard , I know I wont get a call back so I figured id show up.
  6. It came off a U600 , so it has a small hole cut for the mirror arm , like new from what I can tell. Nice and bright paint. Im guessing the R and DM and Superliner might share the same visor Free ,Plus the ride to get it. near Kenly , NC.
  7. Im looking for the Mack 2010 .. I think .. Old Time Trucks calendar. Theres a green U model in there id like to have the picture of if anyone can help out there. ,Jay
  8. Im guessing TA has issues with things like this from what Marks saying , does this happen all over? I actually was thinking of using their PM sevice myself.
  9. 10-4, Ive watched a few episodes now. We like it alot. Anyone see the UPS one? Enjoyed that up until they show the "Volvo MP engine" in a Mack truck.
  10. I 2nd Peterj , the multi brake and turn signal ones do not work on a posi. I had to go back to regular tail lights after trying that one.
  11. How is the show? My family and I might try and come and bring a truck , about a 4-5 hour ride one way .

    Big Dog

Smokey, Thats a good picture rw613 . Shows a couple of real Macks and a Big Dog.
  16. Or a IH 9300/9400 Eagle.
  17. The B has alot of work that needs to be done. One picture doesnt show its true condition. The Brockway is a 1st class truck/rollback.
  18. Thats a chunk of change. I cant own it but your very good pictures will be my wall paper on my computer now, Jay
  19. If your near NC I know of a parts yard that has a few B's.
  20. I think if people knew how inexpencive "some" of the trucks really are. You can get a old IH or GMC or KW from the 60's-70's pretty cheap , so a little work and then take it as is to a show or cruise in. Id love to have a Mack AC Bulldog but I know I cant afford it so I will stick to the cheaper trucks for now. I was suprised to see at the Rotella Show And Shine how many younger people were truck owners and came to show the truck off. Not like they care about antiques but it was still nice to see some peoplee in their 20's with trucks. I think to do something I will need to find a another guy or two in my area with an Antique truck then we can hang around with the trucks and do a cruise in at a truck stop or something to find more people.
  21. I own the 69' R , Jay P.S. I have hand looked over all the others that the same seller has.
  22. Like for a wet kit?
  23. I think you missed the point, was to do more things than 3 or 4 things a year and not have to drive 3-10 hours away and spend the night. Out of the 3 shows a Year in NC the closest one I think is 3 hours away. 2 if not all 3 are in western NC. I sure will start going though, and im a ATHS member. Also im talking about doing things once a month or more often. But im thinking like Terry is , theres not enough of us out there and it seems like the hobby has mostly older men and a few younger ones. Seems like guys from 18-30 dont care too much for antique trucks. I dont care if its any make of truck , I enjoy seeing all other makes and years of trucks. Beats looking the same thing 100 times. We will see, i hope this hobby picks up and gets a bit bigger so we all can do small informal things closer to home then hit the big shows as they come around.
  24. Thats what I was getting at , why not have diff level's of the Titan , big heavy hauler and then a mellow OTR option. It would put more Macks on the road and give PACCAR someone to run against. Most people just think Mack only makes garbage, dump trucks, and local stuff that dont know better, let the Titan have a OTR option .
  25. If they can build a bigger sleeper , add a better chrome rim set up or all steel wheels, It looks like companies would buy them for a OTR truck , at least I think so.
