    I don't care for the look.Few guy's I talked to that had them said they didn't steer much tighter if at all,just rode a little rougher.Painting it orange or grey?

    I'm not the biggest fan of the set back axle DM's,but that's a decent truck.Paint her up and maintain her and your good to go

    I've seen a few of those also,think on the Facebook Aussie Mack group!The louvers are kind of neat .

    Mike I noticed your R719 has the deep fender hood,must have been swapped out at some point?

    The red truck is a "78,one Jetter had for sale I believe.Wonder why the change?To me the taller wheel openings look much better.

    I've noticed some R700's have a deeper fender than others.Anybody know why the difference?(black line shows the area)

    Original owner finally got back to me...It was black/red when it was picked up at the dealer.Pondish painted in blue/white first thing,these were their new colors after switching from a dark green they had since 1946.Did Mack two tone these trucks at the factory back then or would the dealer have had that done?

    As long as the frame rails look like that front to back on the inside your in good shape!Seems you have a worthy project for someone
