    Bought this 1963 B81SX,has a 673 n/a,Q-BOX,55K rears,22" rubber and hydraulic power steering.Double frame and sheet metal are excellent!Cresci roller body,not rotted but has normal dents from use.(may sell the body???)Truck was from N.J,anybody recognize the colors?

    I remember seeing many "home built" trucks up into the "90's...C.O.E cabs on conventionals,then a nose sitting in front!I've seen some ugly weird trucks.

    Local place near me sells 1190cca Exide 31's that are cosmetic blems(I can't see where!)for 60-each exchange.

    Guy who sent me the info and pics is a foreigner(middle east?).He's an exporter/broker....Says the asking price is 11K!The truck is in Barkhamsted CT I know that much.

    Just got the pics,looks like a solid/straight unmolested truck with 105K on it.Has 24" rubber that doesn't look to good,i was told the frame is real nice as well.Not sure what it's worth?

    Looked at this DC87 OH today,guy is going to sell it.About a "61,220 Cummins with a 5x4.Has the big "G" rear with torque arms,and of course 24" rubber.Perfect double frame,new rear tires and front springs.It's rusty with flaked paint,but not really a lot of rot at all.Nice fenders,grill shell is the worst part has some rot and is dented on top.Best thing is,it's not bondo'd and patched.All original unmolested truck.Just thought i'd share what I saw,and see what you guys think.I have a friend who may be interested in it.

    MikeD,i'd say double your price quotes for a top of the line resto!Not saying it's worth 11K,but if someone wanted a nice truck to do a cosmetic resto on and very little mechanical you'd be FAR ahead of the game.
