  1. In up st NY theres a place called the barn, lot of old trucks and equipment. I know Vlad got to see these trucks. Then I got to haul a cabover. This mack man had a mack or two to look at. And of course I got hit again, 3rd time in 6 month.
  2. He said I thought I felt something. Bath NY I even parked at Smokeys instead of the Pilot.
  3. Well since its Tuesday and some else decided to back into my truck I'd figure I would post it while I'm taking pics for the insurance claim.
  4. Got stoped once in acouple towns over from home in one of those checks when they pull you in a closed place of business. Didn't have a log book in the truck he put me oos said I could leave in 10 hrs. So I called the wife she picked me up in 15 min said see ya to the local cop but I left the truck there till lunch time the next day. Explained to the store owner the problem. Never seen another inspection there again. Sometimes you win.

  9. Yes your honor that's when the gun went off.
  10. Thanks for the info. Will try to make it.
  11. I had 500.00 in my pocket just imagine the time I could have had.
  12. Nothing at all on it. Tried catching up cause the bucket was even sitting on top of the lip of the trailer. There was nothing safe about it.
  13. Had my MH one winter night while waiting to load the next morning in Camden, this lady of the night climbed up on the side banging on the window and started, with Hey baby and I'm like go away and that went on for about 5 min, then the truck shakes like she's tring to break in the door, then all I here is OW I think I broke my ass, I look out from the curtain and she's laying on her back on the ground screaming I THINK I BROKE MY ASS over and over. Still laugh about it.
  14. Like I said really nice people glad I could meet them. Can't beleave all that stuffs in that area.
  15. The the fire truck went to Camden NJ glad to see nothing's changed Nice guys at the fire hall gave me a tour lot of nice equipment. There had to be twenty fire trucks. Crossing back into Philly Found an old mack ad in a 1975 news paper. Still in business but its called Transedge Mack.
  16. First off I'm not makin fun of this man. He has my utmost respect. So I see a driver under the hood. Walk over and as if its going to be ok. Yes he said but its not building enough boost so I'm going to change the turbo. So we talked trucks for 1/2 hr and I let him get back to work. Good to see. Then I'm cruzing down hwy. and this passes me any one see the problem? We're At 65mph and I followed him about 25 miles. Not just across the street . Was up I'm ME got to see a moose. My wife said he doesn't count. Hauled a fire truck. Thanks to FWD. Then this bad ass Autocar passed me in NY.
  17. I'm with country boy, put a alum flat bed on it. Then go to the hardware box store and strut your stuff.
  18. Remember apprenticeships. You work along side to learn your trade which earned there respect then your wage if they were good enough. If not they were moved on to some thing else.
  19. You don't want a 300inch plus wheel base in NYC. And you won't be happy with 140 inch in the snows and wind of the Dakotas.
  20. Yes but it's 190 MACK HP.
  21. Hey farmer they can handle a lot more then you would think. As for your yard, the thing to watch is when the trailer gets close to the drive tires. Just like the pic it will pinch them to the ground and then its time call a wrecker. As long as your not going to roll over or spin the tires from pulling the trailer the truck can take it.
  22. Lucky. 1000 dollar wrecker bill. Or dumping the hole thing up side down.
