  1. Thanks. I know it's not an E9 but I'm lost with 6cyl stuff. I thought the ad said E7. Learned something thanks
  2. I understand not wanting to take it apart yet that would be nice in Leversole's B.. I can hear it now in the mountains of PA with straight pipes.
  3. So reading some posts on E7 and E6 and if they didn't come out till 1989 that would mean my 1987 MH would have an E6. Cause I have no idea.
  4. Don't know if I should say congrats or sorry. Good luck be safe.
  5. I took the pic then jumped off the next exit and got the truck washed. Then met back up at the show.
  6. I didn't want to up stage my RW. I ve gotten in to a bad habit of takin pictures of trucks I haven't seen before. Wasn't personal I didn't get back in blacks RW or my own.
  7. I couldn't follow the lines but it looked like a cooler for the trans. I think it had one of those auto something or others in it.
  8. Very nice. Thanks for showing.
  9. Sorry about the blue truck but it laid down over a 1000hp on the Dino. With a d16 or MP10 however you look at it.
  10. Parts. Thought these would make great tables Alright can you tell the difference between the US government controlled eng and the engine for the rest of the world?
  11. Went to Hagerstown today was a nice show
  12. As professionals we make few and far mistakes and when we do make one we make it look good. Nice save you should be good for a couple years now.
  13. Like I said I knew the answer just thought it was mean that they would say 425 and not make one.
  14. What are the times? Thanks
  15. I'm sure I know the answer already but I was reading my 1989 superliner brochure And in the spec area. They say the E7 was up to 425 Hp?? I know it's just wording but what the hell, where's the 425hp engine.
  16. I forgot about the ch. we have a long up hill grade coming out of town, 2001 ch with e7 400 9 spd 3.90 rears, 22.5s flat to the floor I could run direct out but couldn't pull overdrive had to stay in direct. Now the E9 18spd 3.65 rears, 24 low. Same trailer and 3000lbs heavier I can pull over drive, now under stand I can do this with the E9 and I can keep it under 10 lbs of boost and the E7s flat to the floor, did it a couple times just to try to understand how easy the E9 was working, loaded and unloaded. And the E9 gets better MPG.
  17. I think I seen a Prius in the grill.
  18. Yes my thoughts exactly. Sorry for your loss.

    Guess

Ran wrecker in the winter time for a local guy for a couple years. The easiest dumb thing was one night after alight freezing drizzle about 3 am I get a call semi stuck a our local food store, when I show up there's the truck parked in the middle of the parking lot, just to get an idea its a realy big parking lot with a couple ways in and out. so I rap on the door guy gets out of the bunk so I say are you the on that needs help yes I can't get up the in cline to get out of this exit so.I Say why don't you go out on of the lower exits? He's quite for a few seconds, didn't think of that thanks. Then he goes do you know how to change wiper blades? why not he's already paying for the call so i change them for him. I know it was simple but I still think about him in winter. He drove for Star they had white trucks red letters out OH or iN this was in the early 1990's
  20. Yes it's under something like stlouisdumptrucks.com or real close. Type in mack rl700 and it will be there somewhere.
  21. And you nave to watch tires and brakes, bearings and seals, if it needs all you could double your investment in a hart beat.
  22. Display only or were they put in trucks with gold paint? Never seen one.
  23. I didn't think you were to far off the gold E9 was a 540 or 560 or something like that And why was it gold not grey?
  24. There's a picture of thumper in the office at utility trailer in Waukesha Wi. I guess it an early pic cause its about 260 wb and what looks like a 60inch eagle. They said he started with a day cab superliner. No excuse for being a jack wagon.
