  1. Chop the top then cut a hole in the roof for the shifter. Like the old Rat Fink pictures.
  2. On Antrims dyno it put 700 flat on the ground they did there math and said it made 875 at the crank. If that helps
  3. Ok not looking to start any fights yet I've seen in the past when some one asks about turning up there 350 some say not much more or there's block issues. I've see the marine spec. HP numbers and I'm sure they are using factory blocks. So at 650 did they cast a block with more webbing or better then average metal? Or is there a certain casting you should look for? Just wondering. Thanks

  6. Just saying an MH didn't have a grill condenser it was under the air to air. And then you all the street rod aftermarket kits.

  14. I to have been studying the 2 trucks. Even though the side wings may be gone I thought the exhaust was out to the side more on a truck with out the wings? But my 84 had duals so I'm not sure on that. And where can I get that calendar or a good photo of it thanks

  20. he had this pete in the very early 70's I could be wrong on the specs I think it was 1673 cat? 425, 16 spd spicer. it was crashed around 73 or 74 bought it at the old Marmon dealer in Denver PA. zimmermans I think? he had thid IH after that, and that's me in 74 and he drove for Schwerman for awhile and afew others but don't have pics just slides. so i'll work on that someday
  21. heres a couple of my old MH delivered the first transformers to the Columbian gourge wind mills in Oregon I think it was around 1998 give or take. delivering one to Rikers island, I said to the crane opp. his reach was to far to heavy, so when he lifted it swung away and off the side, he didn't drop it but he couldn't unhook it either, I didn't get to get pics of the second crane that showed up to pick up the unit. corning Ny, sub station. just a pic from the front. some of the pics it was still 188wb spring. some after the neway air was added at 240wb.
  22. I'd like to see the hole they cut in the firewall to bring it out to the engine?
