  1. Sorry to hear that Rob. Glad she's doing better. Trey
  2. Thanks! That was my next question as to when Mack started making their own engines. Rob now that you mention it, seems I've heard somewhere before about the precombustion chamber design just can't remember where. Trey
  3. I'm not as familiar with the older Macks. What is a Lanova engine? Trey
  4. Seems like there was a post on here a while back related to that problem. Trey
  5. Thanks Doug! My favorite Mack right there. Trey
  6. Just part of the fender. Sort of an extention. I'm guessing the intent was to protect the actual fender if it hit something because it is flexible and no paint on it to scratch. Trey

More politically correct bullshit. Wouldn't want anyone's feelings to get hurt.
  8. I like that one! Wondered the same thing myself. Trey
  9. Rob if you sense something behind your back, watch out for the frying pan! Trey
  10. I'm with Rob on this one. I've had mine do the same thing (sounds like) but checking them out individually with a load on, 1 or 2 would drop down to around 5 volts. I'm not sure but suspected maybe they were shorted out. Replaced all of them and everything worked fine. Trey

  16. A short in the steering column maybe? Check fuses for the lights not working. Trey
  17. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and thank you...just not for the first one. Trey
  18. High pressure switch too. Seen the wires break on those. Trey
  19. Wow guys! Sure makes me proud to own a Mack truck! Wish to have more someday. Trey
  20. Man, evidently the further south you go the fancier they get! Trey
  21. Unless he would come off the price on the superliner I'd leave it alone. Sounds like too much $$$$ for the work it needs. Trey
  22. Sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding the problem. I would start with the easy stuff, the engine speed sensor, make sure no wires are broken, etc. The data link sounds like the engine computer and vehicle computer aren't communicating which could be a wire, connector, ??? Sorry I'm not anymore help. Trey
  23. Talk about ironic, called to see if owner would sell this and someone else had bought it 2 days ago and drove the dang thing off today. No telling how long it had been sitting there. Trey
