  2. yes
  3. yes. You can remove the fuel line that comes from the tank to the primary fuel filter, pull the fitting out of the filter pad and plug the port, so you can maintain pressure.. I suggest using a pressure regulator and start at 50 PSI and check it. it may take a minute or 2 to see a leak.. dont go higher than 70 PSI.. Be cautious..
  4. dont run the engine,. is it in the shop where the work will be done?
  5. on the front of the engine by the over board breather is a 1/4" pipe plug. use a 1/4'' ratchet to remove it.. you can put shop air in that port at around 70 PSI. with the oil pan down, you can look up at the center lobes on the cam to see if fuel is coming out..
  6. I see the difference.. nice illustration.. you have something in the oil.. likely its fuel.. an oil analysis is in order, as was stated earlier..
  7. yes sir.. do you know the history on the EUP's? are they original, or have any been replaced right before this issue started?
  8. picture #2 looks like fuel dilution to me.. I prefer card board because it slowly absorbs oil and quickly absorbs fuel or water.. but you did good.. what does the back side smell like?
  9. Mech.. I am a Proud Dumpster Diver... I save hundreds of dollars every year, and what I take to the scrap yard makes me money.. I stripped a stainless steel cabinet of all the guts (Copper) I got $120.00 for the scrap, and made a gun cabinet with the 6 foot tall stainless steel cabinet (Worth thousands ) .. Youngn's dont have a clue or a care.... I gladly take their trash...
  10. 🍻 remember,,,, keep your wallet closed for right now...
  11. OK.. Thanks for being honest... There are a lot of us here that can help guide you.. The oil needle should rise quickly.. Just for kicks ,, remove the oil pressure sensor(s), should be on the right side of the oil filter stand behind the filter, and use some carb cleaner in a can and spray the end of the sensors till it is washed clean, re-install, and test it again..
  12. hook a hand held pressure gauge to the oil filter stand and get a true reading.. The sensor may be failing. Dont open your wallet yet.. do a couple tests.. are you an 'engine guy'?? jojo
  13. Yes too the oil analysis... when you pull the dipstick does the oil run off like water? You can do a halo test on a clean piece of card board to see if there is fuel in the oil. I have posted this test before.. It is not better than an oil analysis, but it will tell you right now if there is a fluid other than oil in the crank case.. Have the EUP's been replaced recently, or the fuel pressure regulator? fuel pressure should be between 50 + 80 PSI.. jojo
  14. I guess they ''Woke'' up.... Sad but true.. All of this B.S. about ''White Racists'' and ''Homophobes'' is hopefully gonna backfire... They are spending too much time trying to jam this B.S. down the throats and in the ears of Americans who know better..
  15. I agree with you Bob.. I figure when these Psycho's, start there rambling about any social issue, it's REALLY a non issue...

  20. Is it me or, is there really a HUGE population of Tranny people, so many that the Biden Bobble Heads are all over the media talking about acceptance and equal rights' and whatever else they can come up with? How the heck do I find an accurate tranny population number? My gut says 1 in every 100,000 people is a tranny.. anyway,, not a well educated post by me, just another dumb question.... Rueters says 1.6 million..
  21. sb635008.fm.pdf here is the Svc. Bulletin..
  22. do you hear clicking noises? it is a series of plastic gear teeth. Im sure you assumed that.. there is a svc. bulletin on it. I beleive it came out around 2003.. i think we replaced the whole mode box under warranty. I will try to find the bulletin. jojo
  23. Ohh... I thought I saw 2 restored Double 'D' models.. I need to look a little closer...
  24. Heres the book.... Pull the cup holders to get to the front cover torx screws, then remove the front cover, there are screws down each side as well.. check to see if the metal control rod has popped out of the plastic clip for the flaps.. if the clip is broken, you can get one from Oreillys in the Dorman section. It will be a multi pack.. -OR- Suck down the A/C,,, pinch the heater lines on the fire wall and remove them from the nipples,,,,,, pull the cup holder off then you will see the hidden torx screws in the front, there are screws down the sides also,,,,, unplug the main plug above the throttle pedal, the wires go behind the HVAC unit. with the front cover off you can see how it runs,,,,, then pull the floor pan and the shifter if you want to... (much more room to work) once you unbolt the HVAC unit from the fire wall the unit tips out, pull from the bottom and rotate upward,,,, then you can service the unit on the bench... Make sure you stock up on patience.. jojo
  25. yes sir.. I beleive you can buy it as an assembly, ( fan motor and mounting plate) and just slide the old on out, and the new one back in, and replace credit card too, just to insure good performance.. am I forgetting something FJH??
