  2. I didn't see that yet.
  3. I know it would destroy the value of our Dollar..
  4. M.C. .... I think we are Brothers from other Mothers.. Jojo
  5. I've got a MACK at home also.. Lazy Damn Dog..
  6. Look over on the center panel, I think lighting bolt is there, that panel has hi beam indicator and park brake light, if I remember right..
  7. I have deleted pictures from the attachments folder, however it also removes the posting that the picture is posted in..
  8. ok, now you post a new piece of info.. If the fly wheel was not machined, I guarantee it is not flat and the outer edges are 'high' and the inner diameter is 'low',, like a dinner plate.. the clutch will drag on the outer perimeter. (never mind my asking about the pressure plate) clutch pressure is applied from the center -out against the flywheel.. The outer edge doesnt see the same wear and pressure as does the center.. Your flywheel is probably not 'flat'.. sorry sir.. Jojo
  9. 10.5v ish... I have used a seperate battery grounded to the truck and a lead from the positive to fuse #40 in the EPDM and got a Mack to start and run.. This was to diagnose a similar ''will crank, but wont startup'' complaint... It turned out that the starter was pulling too much power and it was starving the EECU.. Jojo
  10. frame mounted valve is leaking, and is new.. Pics always make it better, Im leaning toward an incorect plumbing issue, .. Glad your here Geoff.. Jojo
  11. Clutch brake is out of the equation . That's not to do with a dragging clutch based on your test.. I'm sorry, but if you exhausted all external possibilities, I would think a disc is in backwards.. I do have a crazy thought.. I believe it is a dog dish flywheel, if so, is the pressure plate flange thinner than the old one, the area where the bolts go through?
  12. Is the brake valve a ''full function'' valve or something like an R-12 valve that is only providing air to release the park brakes?
  13. Can you heat the tube and straighten it, un screw it, then when it's back in, heat and bend it back...
  14. I may have a pin out diagram at home. It will be a few hours or so before I can look. I believe you have a '96 E-7 350 V-Mac II. ?
  15. I'm not good about the air line plumbing diagram in my head. I would need a diagram to look at. But is it possible that a couple lines are crossed..
  16. Is the dash valve giving an issue?
  17. If you tap on the brake valve does it affect the leak? If so, I would say the valve is hung up with dirt or possible split o-rings inside on the piston..
  18. You need to clean ALL the grounds, starting at the batteries. I bet the ground bolt on the block in front of the starter is loose.. the svc. Bulletin for 9-2 has the steps. Or you can look it up in my posts and find the book I wrote on it.. :).
  19. forgive me with asking about valve adjustment several times.. To me adjusting valves on a Mack engine NEED's to be followed by the book.. I have done several Cat's and John Deere's, and you can run the valves on several cyl's with each position.. On a Mack, you position the engine ''up on #1'' and run the whole cylinder, then move to the next in the firing order.. You obviously have a good skill set. Jojo
  20. i have done that a few times with other tools, and I have a folder in the file cabinet for all the reciepts and owners manuals.. Amen My Brother!!!! In adition,,,, I havent paid for a Delco alternator or starter for 2 of my Chevy trucks, and got 2 batteries replaced as well, because I kept my receipts.. all this over the last 6 years.. I still have receipts on the ready.
  21. I expect a 'race war' and a gov. Take over before I die
  22. It has marks. Did you find one of those timing tools?
