  7. WoW !! Thats a bunch.. I did get one 2 weeks ago from UPS.. saying there was an issue with my delivery.. I asked my Boss, I mean Wife, if she had ordered anything.. "NO" .. i knew it was a scam,, wish I asked her before I started to fix this one..

  9. does the tool, grab the inside off the cup with knurled jaws that are opened up using a jack screw?
  10. In the olden days, we used to tap threads into the cup where the injector tip fits in, and use a puller with the correct threaded end on it.. We put grease on the tap to collect the millings, and keep them from falling into the cylinder.. This was before the knurled puller was around. Of course that was for the copper cups, but I bet you could do it with the cups you have.. There should be a few more posts on this coming soon.. Jojo
  11. I didnt even pay attention to the spelling error.. Notice the letter 'O' is a '0'... Dumb me......
  12. Hi guy's.. . I reacted quickly to a text message saying my debit is locked out. I imediatley called the number. The computer introduced itself as the Wells Fargo Fraud dept. I answered all the questions, and at the end, there was no Wells Fargo 'Outroduction' . The phone call just went dead... So I logged in to my account and moved all of my money out of that acct. into an acct, that is not linked.. Then I called Wells Fargo Cust. svc. line.. and sure enough, what I did was not conducted by an Official Wells Fargo dept. Here a 2 pic's. of what is on my phone.. I'm posting this to provide info. and hopefully stop someone from making my mistake.. Jojo
  13. I'm on to you 'Mowerman' If that is your real Handle??? 🧐
  14. Too Funny Bob... I didnt mess this thread up, I think I messed up the Dormant members thread.. But i am known to mess 'em up...
  15. good thing you didnt slice your hand open on that thinass metal.. Yes they can be a pain in the butt to fix.. But at around 6-8 hundred dollars for a new one, its worth it.. I finally bought a stacked unit about a year ago, because my 22 year old washing machine BROKE!! and I had fixed the dryer 3 times.. The dryer still worked good, that was until it slipped from my grip going out the back door and crashed onto my concrete patio.. I was going to use it for my work clothes. oh well.. So next to my stackable is an old washer for my work clothes only.. The wife likes that set-up.. 😎
  16. Dammit Man !!!!! Now I wish I had another S.S. cabinet to make a smoker... Look's Yummie... Jojo
  17. Thats the filter.. A lot of folks dont change it anually, as it should be.. The module that it filters the air for, is expensive, I suggest you put that filter on your P.M. schedule.. I should know the part number, but I dont... sorry.. If you can read the filter number, call NAPA and get a cross reference.. Lets keep it simple from the start.. No need to load a parts cannon with hi dollar parts, only to find it was a filter or broken wire,,, Jojo
  18. Hello, and welcome aboard.. I suggest you start your own topic first. You will get better commentary. You also need to post the Make/ Model/ Year/ and a few pics wouldnt hurt... We love pictures... Jojo
  19. have you replaced the air filter for the VGT acuator? Welcome to the Dog House.. Jojo
  20. All good Paul,, I was just curious.. I am certainly not pissy.. I always listen to smart people like yourself, and I also respect folks from other countries.. Lots of great knowledge to be had., the world around.. You make a good point about folks today not knowing how to operate the set-up I have.. Just for the heck of it, I am going to look into a transfer switch.. I hope all is well,, jojo
  21. Well after reading this thread a couple of times, I am wondering what could be wrong with my set-up, that my electrician installed? Of course I am aware of how to flip the switches to isolate my house from the street lines.. I have used this set-up (for 12+ years) more than a dozen times, and over night at least half of those times and never noticed an issue.. In the picture you see an orange drop cord. That is for using something in my driveway, like a battery charger for my many vehicles, the 220v socket with the clear door is for one of my welders. Anyway, do I need to add something else? Thanks in advance for any advice.. jojo
  22. yes to silicone.. It's been 5 years or so since I built an MP-8 or a head job and so-on.. That is why I looked for the book I printed from Impact.. I may not be the best source for answers, just pictures of pages from the book.. I see you have many years of knowledge, so you probably only need the little differences these have from what you now how to do.. I will try to help, but I need to keep it light, so I dont give you wrong answers.. jojo
  23. 67,,,, I do not know about the laws.. However, I am cautious, and I doubt someone with a clip board is going to inspect my set-up in the middle of a storm.. with respect,, jojo
  24. so if you back feed your panel 'after' the poles coming in... Like in my panel. When I flip my main 'Off'.. I am separated from the the power lines on the street... therefore, I am not charging those lines.. I am Isolated.. Once the street power is back on, I flip the generator breakers in my panel, and now I am not energizing my panel, so then i can flip the main breaker back on, and then I am powered up by the street lines..
  25. when the power comes on,, you just shut down the Genny, disconnect it,, then flip the main house breaker back on... then you have to go back inside and reset all the stuff that needs resetting,,, Microwave clock, t.v. router, security cameras, home stereos with pre-set channels,,, blahh blahh blahh... Im just happy the power is back on...
