That can be true, 4-6v batts can be series to make either 12/18/or 24 volts.. those batts have good amps... ( Work load).

The bulletin is a reprint done in 2005. However, it may be too new. But the info is Free... The last truck i calibrated, i used modern tech... I downloaded a speedometer to my phone, then drove the truck, and pulled iver to change the setting and retest.. so Mech,,,, there are some advantages. I was able to do ut alone, without a chase car to check my speed.

Ok. Powerleash is 2004-2006.. you will need to have the engine brake feature turned on in the EECU. do you have the 2 single wires coiled up and tied off laying next to the valve covers on the intake side. ? They are single wire, white insulation, with a small 90 degree plug on the end.. also, behind the center dash the harness should have the plug for the switch labeled, "engine brake". You will need the switch from you model year.. -

I wish i had 1% of your experience driving the KB. I drove mine around the block a few times, and the torque was very strong. Then ,,, i took it apart. I need to get that damned ENDT 673 done and gone, then i can start on my KB... Now I sound like Bob... 🍻

I was sittin here running this idea through my head.. EECU program may not be an issue.. i have never thought to do such a swap. I hope it works. Do you have spring loaded exh pushrods? I bet the cam is different, but if had the parts I would be tempted to do it. Keep this in mind,,,, the valve adjustment procedure is different from your current set up..

I doubt it because of EECU programming. Rockers and bridges are different. However, its an interesting thought.. Does it have the Jacobs 690 series on it now?

Here in the states, Democrats do the opposite of what is normal. We have teachers that wont learn how to protect students from being shot at school, but will tell law enforcement that they wont be allowed in the school to check immigration status.. (B.T.W. the law man is not going into the schools anyway, unless there is a criminal in there) Our Democrats will kill babies in the womb for any reason, but want equal rights and liberties for criminals.. The good thing is the tranny on the ground. The 4th/5th sliding may be worn like Vlad said, it can be replaced easily through the front without taking the tranny apart, and stand it ,,, yoke facing up,,,,, and the synchro job can be done in short time.. no special tools needed for these repairs, just good snap ring plyers.
