  1. yes, but it was a 2002 engine.. I guess i missed those days at school.. Thanks for clearing that up. I really thought it was a CCRS... I have been confused before, when it comes to what year a change was made.. Jojo
  2. I'm not sure at times.. What has my attention is the centrimax filter style and the plate type oil cooler.. I would have expected the hanging filter, and a bundle type oil cooler.. I also dont see the oil pressure sensor, installed into the filter pad... as far as the ECM,, I thought they were on the right under the heat shield below the turbo, and got moved to the left side due to heat off the exhaust? I guess i'm getting rusty fast, since I have been away from them for a few months.. Jojo
  3. Hmmmm.. Something doesnt match up here.. I have to admit,,,, I don't recall that engine arrangement in a 2000 model.. Maybe you have a late build for that year.. I'm sorry, but I will wait for some other post's, to see where this goes. I thought that series came out in 2002... jojo
  4. Thats not a 2000 E-Tech... Thats a CCRS... what does the door tag look like?
  5. Nice to see you.. 🍻
  6. that gauge is hydraulic, GOOD.. there is a sensor on top of the oil filter pad above the centrifugal filter.. If it is bad, it will tell the EECU that oil pressure is 10 PSI or less, then 10 seconds later , the engine shuts down.. jojo
  7. There is a tremendous team of guys here that will help you... It's better than any dealership will help you.. jojo
  8. By The Way.... You did a good job for your first post, most, dont post the important stuff... Welcome aboard... jojo
  9. What is the oil pressure gauge showing..? That model has a sensor and an oil line to the gauge.. DO NOT.... load the ECM parts cannon!!! I bet this issue is simple... Check the grounds behind the dash behind the gauges and near the fuse panel,,, the ground bolt on the block in front of the starter, the ground on the frame behind the left steer tire,, the ground breaker on the firewall next to the starter relay... there may be an accessory relay under the ashtray, that needs it connections checked.. None of these checks require's you to open your wallet... Jojo
  10. Have you looked into this any further.. The 'Shutdown' light can be serious. What other symptoms are you having? It is important that you post the Make/ Model/ Year/ Engine series/ Tranny Model... Jojo
  11. Mack rears? Not much, but it is a good practice.. and you only check the rear plug for the level.. 5mm from bottom of the hole is the low level.. jojo
  12. Yep... Throw it out there, and took it right in the mouth..
  13. That is EXACTLY what happened......
  14. 'HB'... That is a great post !!!! It say's more than a lot of people know.... 🍻
  15. To Hell with that Guy...
  16. So... did we just give a Russian terrorist in trade for an American Hater???? And what about the American Soldier?? is he a P.O.S.? or a Patriot? He should be here, and if he is a traitor, then doesn't the U.M.C.J. come in to play here?? and Try Him In OUR Court of LAW?? What the HELL is Going On Here ????? Jojo
  17. How about a forum called..... ''I went off topic again''.... What do you think Mechohaulic??
  18. My fuel and oil cap would leak outside, and the bar oiler port clogged easy..
  19. Lightly grease the peanuts, inside and out... Push all the peanuts from the inside to the out position,. The as you SLOWLY insert the inner cam , rotate the yoke slowly and it will go right on.. I believe the inner cam is in backwards. The oil grooves go to the cam drum nut.. Jojo
  20. OH MY GOD !!!!!
  21. My MS 211 was crap from day one.. 2 trees in,. I had to have the clutch and both fill caps replaced under warranty.. I'm a dummy too..
  22. I bet his compressor clutch is the type you can't see.. they started that crap 10+ years ago.. it turned a quick inspection into a half day event...
  23. The rocker shafts do NOT come with the heads.. I don't mean disrespect with my next question..... How well do you know these engines? If you have engine building experience, then doing this job won't be hard, just some new aspects. Many of us here can guide you. And many of us have the service manuals to look up info.. To repeat myself.. The special tools are essential. Jojo
