All Good... For many many many years I told drivers who would have clutch issue's, you need to use low or 1st, and ask, do you double clutch?? hell No!!! I'm a Real Driver... I don't need the clutch..... Of course when i ask one of them to help me pull the tranny to do a clutch or figure out why the tranny is popping out of gear and such,,,, Cricket's... its all good... There are plenty of drivers who dont use the clutch and they are smooth as silk.. to each his own..

he was talking about CV's.. Yours is a Volvo.. What you did will work... Not professional, but............ at this point who cares???? put the truck to work and ... Git-R-Done..

yeah.... i'm a double clutcher myself.. I can float and I do at times, but when I was a full time mechanic, I would double clutch because I didnt know the truck i was driving.. and it worked well with my troubleshooting..

Yes sir. I did use the pan from the beginning.. With these small racks, i leave them on the pan. the grease drippings seem to 'fry' the underside. I dont flip these, just let them sit. I have figured out hot to keep the temperature at around 250-275 degrees.. They did come out good, could have left them on a little bit longer but I was hungry.. As far as wood goes, I have a Maple tree that drops some wood for me, and 2 days ago, my neighbors Oak tree dropped a 5'' by 15' branch in his driveway. he let me take it.. My wife bought me a Battery chain saw from Harbor freight last month. It is perfect for cutting cooking wood. anyway, O.D. It's your fault, and I'm Grateful !! I want to do a whole chicken, or turkey breast next.

well, at least with the 13 spd. you can get up to about 60+ MPH.. Is it a dump truck or roll off, ?? tractor??

Sorry Bud... Thats all I got... if the engine would run above 1400,on up to gov. speed I would say install starter button until you find the issue.. I had a deleted MP-7 that gave trouble in many ways, and the ignition didnt start the truck. I put a starter button in it and it worked fine. It was a homemade dump truck that a crop farmer had.. his was a manual trans. though.. I wish I could help.. Jojo

Pull fuse 71 out of the EPDM and see what happens.. that is the Allison fuse.. can you jump the little relay on the starter to turn it over?

if you unplug it,,, what happens?? also, have you checked the wires going into the cab for cracks and chaffing?

Do the headlight wires run behind the oil filters? If so, check there, especially at the wire clamps bolted to the engine.
