  1. OK.. Thanks for being honest... There are a lot of us here that can help guide you.. The oil needle should rise quickly.. Just for kicks ,, remove the oil pressure sensor(s), should be on the right side of the oil filter stand behind the filter, and use some carb cleaner in a can and spray the end of the sensors till it is washed clean, re-install, and test it again..
  2. hook a hand held pressure gauge to the oil filter stand and get a true reading.. The sensor may be failing. Dont open your wallet yet.. do a couple tests.. are you an 'engine guy'?? jojo
  3. Yes too the oil analysis... when you pull the dipstick does the oil run off like water? You can do a halo test on a clean piece of card board to see if there is fuel in the oil. I have posted this test before.. It is not better than an oil analysis, but it will tell you right now if there is a fluid other than oil in the crank case.. Have the EUP's been replaced recently, or the fuel pressure regulator? fuel pressure should be between 50 + 80 PSI.. jojo
  4. I guess they ''Woke'' up.... Sad but true.. All of this B.S. about ''White Racists'' and ''Homophobes'' is hopefully gonna backfire... They are spending too much time trying to jam this B.S. down the throats and in the ears of Americans who know better..
  5. I agree with you Bob.. I figure when these Psycho's, start there rambling about any social issue, it's REALLY a non issue...
  6. Happy Birthday !!

  10. Is it me or, is there really a HUGE population of Tranny people, so many that the Biden Bobble Heads are all over the media talking about acceptance and equal rights' and whatever else they can come up with? How the heck do I find an accurate tranny population number? My gut says 1 in every 100,000 people is a tranny.. anyway,, not a well educated post by me, just another dumb question.... Rueters says 1.6 million..
  11. sb635008.fm.pdf here is the Svc. Bulletin..
  12. do you hear clicking noises? it is a series of plastic gear teeth. Im sure you assumed that.. there is a svc. bulletin on it. I beleive it came out around 2003.. i think we replaced the whole mode box under warranty. I will try to find the bulletin. jojo
  13. Ohh... I thought I saw 2 restored Double 'D' models.. I need to look a little closer...
  14. Heres the book.... Pull the cup holders to get to the front cover torx screws, then remove the front cover, there are screws down each side as well.. check to see if the metal control rod has popped out of the plastic clip for the flaps.. if the clip is broken, you can get one from Oreillys in the Dorman section. It will be a multi pack.. -OR- Suck down the A/C,,, pinch the heater lines on the fire wall and remove them from the nipples,,,,,, pull the cup holder off then you will see the hidden torx screws in the front, there are screws down the sides also,,,,, unplug the main plug above the throttle pedal, the wires go behind the HVAC unit. with the front cover off you can see how it runs,,,,, then pull the floor pan and the shifter if you want to... (much more room to work) once you unbolt the HVAC unit from the fire wall the unit tips out, pull from the bottom and rotate upward,,,, then you can service the unit on the bench... Make sure you stock up on patience.. jojo
  15. yes sir.. I beleive you can buy it as an assembly, ( fan motor and mounting plate) and just slide the old on out, and the new one back in, and replace credit card too, just to insure good performance.. am I forgetting something FJH??
  16. Vlad, I am curious about this idea you have. I have only ever re-built them to original specs..
  17. You are a lucky DOG.. glad you had a good day.. Happy Birthday 🎂
  18. Well thats what you get for being a slacker...
  19. Well, Hello there stranger !!! You may have to look back at some threads... Theres been some guys in need of your brain.. Jojo
  20. I remember using a photo tach and reflective tape to check RPMs.. I wish I was smart enough to paint the fan blades.. I have shaved many knuckles on my hands, but the ones on my head are perfect..
  21. Bingo.. I knew I was forgetting something... Thanks, FJH
  22. The 1 1/4" inch cut wrench was for Ambach pumps if I remember right.. anyway,. I posted the pages for a 350 E-7.. hopefully it helps.. I don't have enough skill to do more than that through text messages..
  23. Mech.. there are many settings.. I don't know all of them.. the 5 degrees was a vague memory of setting timing on. Robert Bosch pump.. I do NOT know how to flow time.. I happen to own a timing tool for R.B. pumps,. It helps me get it right..
  24. I bet the crack was on the right side......
  25. Any time Bud.. I would look at the plug above the throttle first.. It is easy to fix with whats in your tool box and on your shelf.. Yes, the fan switch and its plug can melt from high amp draw, I just dont want you to replace a good switch, if the harness plug is melted.. you can follow the wires from the top of the side cover on the HVAC unit. above the throttle, it comes right over the top .. Keep in touch... Jojo
