  1. No fun at all.. both my legs burn all day and night.. I'm almost able to walk without a cane.. I just finished my second, 100 pack of 3x4 bandages, and about 40 rolls of guaze. 12ft./ Roll.. Amazon ships over night.. :).
  2. For sure, Mech.. I'm laid up because of my foolish mistake . But, we lived through it.. hope this is the last one.. this sh,,t hurts 🤕...
  3. Is that a gear reduction setup? I don't recall that style. Heck, I thought with the 107's you could put the aux in neutral, and select a gear in the main, for different pto speeds.. damn I'm rusty...
  4. My guess is you got this... Paul? Can you fix her? are you still havin a time with the air start?
  5. Thank you Paull i'm getting better... just very itchy now.. and for what its worth,,, I dont get pissy about a mans opinion, I listen to learn, then,,, well,, all is good. I hope all is well with you sir.. jojo
  6. i was only thinking about the oil that is in the tank.. low pressure, allows the sludge to settle rather than stir it up.. and yes draining tanks is a thing of the past for some reason,,, hell I was trained to pull air tank cables and let a little fuel out of the fuel water seperator, check oil, and wash windows and mirrors, while in the fuel island, and too pull the cables at the end of the day to drain the junk out and re-set the unloader valves.. I cant tell you how many truck owners/drivers I had to explain that too... and i'm no genius....jojo
  7. Spicer U-Joint F6.5-5-43 4710038 ... avito.ru
  8. Yea, you can let it drain... any chance you have a bore scope that you can put in one of the ports just to see inside,, I mean, if you have a real concern... other wise, you can just hook shop air to the tank, dial it down to about 20 PSI, and crack the drain valve and wait till it stops pushing the goop out.. dirtymilkman is likely right about this.. jojo
  9. have you looked at 'Auto Mann' ? jojo
  10. Mackpro is right.. you may be able to rotate it back and forth quickly with the side of your hand, and see if it cleans the contacts..
  11. Like I said.... It is something simple.. these systems are good.. most times it's a relay, or poor connection.. I'm glad it is fixed.. I figured it was a relay... Jojo
  12. I'm glad that my suggestion is working for you.. It aint a rig job, it's gettin the job done.. Starter buttons dont require a computer to give it permission to work... keep in touch, there are many really smart guys here that will help you, with ease... Jojo
  13. yep, typically, you have to have a 13 or 18 spd. tranny, and 200 series carriers... if it is a Mack drive line. The 400 is a great setup. I drove a few of them in a construction environment, 22 years ago, and that RD tractor had an 18 speed tranny, and it would out pull the newer (at the time) 427's.. Maybe set the governor setting to all speed to improve throttle response... jojo
  14. I would expect it to be much better.. you went from a 10 spd. controlled by a computer, to a 13 spd. controlled by you... Perfect.... jojo
  15. good deal...
  16. sad but true...
  17. I know that I have no knowledge on how to make a 'delete' work.. because, I learned years ago, the creators of these ECM's, knew what they were doing... They are fully tied into the Govt. branches that control this "green" bull shit.. A lot of guys hear thing's on the C.B. or social media, that they can get 100+ HP, with a delete.. But what they don't know is that the people that built these ECM's.. already knew that guy's were going to try to get around the rule's... and they put fail safe's or whatever in the ECM's... I truly understand what truckers are trying to accomplish, but... it aint gonna happen... Just buy a real truck, and rebuild the engine, and tranny if needed , replace the rear end oils, and go on and make the money. I know it's easy for me to post this, but i'm right.... correct me if i'm wrong.... anyone... correct me.... jojo
  18. I'm sorry, but I'm leaning towards workmanship... and I also think that it is programming after he said, the head replacement and cam timing is good... So, Dirtymilkman.. is likely correct...
  19. I'm sorry if I steer you wrong,, i am trying to pull this out of my ass.. Your truck is old enough where there should be an easier solution, unlike the shit we see after 2003+.... jojo
  20. on top of the transmission...on the shift cover... Im sorry that i cant just pull it out of my a$$.. jojo
  21. is there a torque limiting switch and/or a setting in the EECU?
  22. once again,,,, you find the Funny... You and GADave got this dialed in... Jojo
  23. Your thought's are well thought out.. jojo
  24. Yes 'V' my first thought was a sticking engine brake or a bad VEBC.. I was not sure about the turbo affecting it while idling. What is your thoughts on the turbo affecting it at idle, since the turbo is not working at that time.. please correct me if I'm wrong.. jojo
