  3. So I just re-read your post... Do you have a 2 valve or a 4 valve E-6? jojo
  4. studs... i cant post any more pics, otherwise you would have seen the package I have.. the nuts may be an issue.. so clean yours really good for re-use, the thick washers may be found a bolt supplier... jojo
  5. https://acetrucksales.com/ try this one... -610GC1123. jojo
  6. so here in central N.C. our local news stories are about violence on school campus's.. They question students on what needs to be done to help fix this issue.... of course the students want more policing... no chit!!! these are the same D-Bags that held up a sign at racist rally's, saying "De-Fund the Police"... they Reap what they Sow...... luv it.. jojo
  7. to me,,, Volvo had a hold of Mack since 2002, if not a bit sooner... what you want aint painted redish pink... jojo
  8. ok...... FPDiesel.... part # FP-610GC1123... check it out... jojo
  9. ok, in a bit I will try to find the part number.. im building one and have 40 new ones. the nuts and washers were an issue for me, so i blasted them and they are in good shape.. jojo
  10. AGkits.com.. are you working on a 20 bolt/ head engine? or an 18 bolt/head engine? jojo
  11. well sir I may not be clear on the issue here, but, you need a bracket, even if you make one.. the wires cannot be just hanging there and they need to be secured and not flapping in the wind created by that huge fan.. with respect, jojo
  12. is there an updated jumper harness that you need? I have been out of the dealership for almost 3 years so I am rusty on this, just tossing out some basic questions... jojo
  13. Cocktail Waitress??? Nice !!!! ok, I need to turn my space ship around and head home.... jojo
  14. did you get sold an ASET fan clutch instead of an MP fan clutch.. Yes there is supposed to be a bracket to secure the wires.. Have you looked it up on the web yourself? I have been doing that more and more myself... jojo
  15. I just had a crazy thought...You rekon with all this promoting of electric vehicles, gas and diesel will be below $1/gallon, next year?? when all the 'Sheep' buy these chitboxes, there will so much fuel to sell off that it would have to be discounted,, any thought's? jojo
  16. Oh my... Dave.. I get it.. heck of an effort on your part, my wife can destroy an anvil.. I know if I need something load tested for strength, just give it to my wife, If she cant destroy it,, Its good to go.. jojo
  17. I know how you feel Rebel, those are the days were it is best for me to just stop trying to fix anything,,,, I laughed at youre expense as well.. Probably just jinxed myself, I'm about to do some brake work on my Old '48 International. BTW, I have 3 Harbor Frieght predator engines and they all run great,, I have a small one that sat for 2 years, I puled it once with the choke on and it fired right up,, I even had a witness, he couldnt beleive it either.. I hope you enjoy a hot meal.... Jojo
  18. yes, it is about the only cool feature of the M-Drive.. definately a good find, when you feel like you have no hope.. It saved you a towing bill. jojo
  19. The only other engine I worked on was a John Deere Dozer, and those lines were short, mabey 10" long if stretched out.. a couple of them sprung leaks at the nuts.. but thats all I can remember for now.,, jojo
  20. mabey just for kicks. split some lengths of 1/4" fuel line and slide it over the lines... I probably should have done that in the first place.. I guess mabey keep them away from the heat of the turbo, and manifold.. I dont really have a good answer.. Hayseed has good points though... jojo
  21. a couple of the ones I service had the same issue.. I got pissed and took the little clamp plates out, and the issue stopped. I think the newer lines arent as good as the original lines. I think they may need to vibrate a bit without the metal clamp plates , i dont really know, because I have a few other E-7's that havent leaked.. I expect a few opinions on this one.. jojo
  22. ok... LED's are "Light Emitting Diode's" Diode's are like check valves for electricity... Positive and negative needs to be known when installing them,,,, is it possible that the Light control module doesnt recognize them? there will be a voltage drop to power them and I bet the LCM see's it.. I really dont know if there is and LED module that you can install as a controller. Back in the day... a few years ago, you could branch off a line and go with it... I have actually ran my own homemade wire harness, and connected it to a relay that I installed, which I connected to the original switch, but used the relay to supply the power rather than over tax the original switch. I recently installed 30 LED's on a W-900 L and did just what I told you, however, the KW is Older.. New trucks SUCK... jojo
  23. Im curious too.. what does the back sides look like? jojo
  24. My quick opinion,,, the tranny needs comes out to do a gear train job... jojo
  25. mirrors?? they sure are nice.... jojo
