  1. ok, I dont know how i got this to load... this happened in my shop a couple months ago.. on my 20 ton hand pump press.. I have never broken one before.. Good thing a new case was only $200.00... I did get the truck fixed.. it's been in service for a couple months .. It was a sinking feeling when it snapped... jojo
  2. Wow!! a Mack dealer using PAI parts.. My local dealer is too proud to use them.. They will only use Mack parts, which means they do very little E-7/E-Tech repairs.. and $3657.00 for the in frame kit is a good price, thats around what I paid for the ASET-C I built in July.. Good luck... jojo
  3. It was suggested that I make a donation to BMT.. I did.. but there is no new data space.. its ok.. I should have learned a new way of posting pics.. I was going to post a picture of an E-Tech that I just finished,, boring but still 'shop talk' I also rebuilt a back box in a metric eaton, and when I was pressing the yoke off the case cracked in half.. that was a first, and also gave me a sinking feeling.. c ya later,, jojo
  4. you can pull #4 and swap it with another EUP, and see if the issue follows the EUP.. jojo
  5. If I could post pics, I would have showed some shop work I did, just to keep this thread alive too... jojo
  6. i have no clue on full lockers and so on.. jojo
  7. the mount bolt pattern is the same.. after around 2010-ish i think is when they added another bolt inside the carrier housing.. so your good... as far as the axle housing, how it is mounted into the truck is different, as you know.. spider gears in a Mack rear end are housed inside the bull gear, so no need to go that deep in that.. if you get the chance,, get a blown up mack rear from a friend and tear it apart.. as smart as you are you will say... "oh hell I get this'... jojo
  8. I may be missing something here.... there is no reason that a GOOD overhaul is not performing... I'm sorry, but I know that I cant help you with the info you posted.. There are a lot of smart guys here, and maybe one will come up with a good direction for you... Jojo
  9. new heads? new liners? new pistons/rings? what kind of 'overhaul' is this.. who did the work? sorry bud.. I dont see how it could be in poor shape after an 'overhaul'... jojo
  10. as Far as I know, you can use the same ratio's... The 200's are strong, but I have seen many 92/93's do a great job.. I dont see an issue... and 92/93's are everywhere, so you can hoard a few to do what you need to do.. I dont think I helped much Paul... I really hope a smarter guy chimes in... jojo
  11. WTF Hello ?? R model's A/C??? really?? I luv me some TJC..... jojo
  12. where I live and other towns and cities, near me, the criminals are going into quiet neighborhoods during the day, and stealing cars, entering home's, and even grabbing women in the parks and the "Greenway's" where you are supposed to be safe to walk or jog, or play frisbee, whatever.. Just had one happen 2 days ago.. she was able to fight him off.. still lookin for him.. this is the new Biden Crime wave, because these D'bags wont prosecute crime.
  13. 650 is pretty good,, right ? Dirty milkman.... I dont like 625... I even bumped a couple E-7's too 700 just to smooth them out, and oil pressure was a few pound's better... jojo
  14. just to be clearer. my gun was holstered and concealed... but when one man charged at my wife and another got out of his car and was wearing an open gun, I was able to position myself to stop both of them.. the man in the car put his hands up, got in his car and left... the other man stopped and backed off... welcome to my world.. my work with my sherrif's dept has truly helped to get rid of the drug dealers... they have been gone for 2 months, but it took 8 years... I do what I do 'on the scene' our politicians, dont do anything but create programs and coalitions to 'talk' about the problem... with respect, Jojo
  15. 200 is front 201 is rear.. jojo
  16. Sorry about the 'Rant' But you added to my point, TJC... jojo
  17. I know that I would love to be able to distribute my tax dollars to what would benefit our country, rather than seeing may taxes keep losers alive. I took a job with the city I live in, at the water treatment plant. So now I ride around my town and get to see even more losers walking the streets with free phones to use to sell drugs.. i have more, just don't want to bore every one.. As far as fighting the issues in a physical manner.. If all of us Americans that would stand up and fight, will be put in jail quicker than any criminal in our country. I fight with the drug house on our street on behalf of my neighborhood. I have been out in the street challenging the druggies, I have even had to use a firearm to protect myself, from them.... I did not shoot anyone, but I have controlled a few fights and made people leave.. When the police show up, the first thing they do is tell the cops that I called them all Nig...'s!!! The cops see through it.. but they let me know that I am pushing my luck, and could get 'locked up' doing what I do... so, now a few years later, it is even more likely that I will be arrested.. That is why many of us dont dare to fight much, because we dont want to go to jail, and lose everything we work for. I hope I dont sound like a wimp, It's self preservation, I have support from my good neighbors, and they thank me for standing up to the drug house... anyway,,, just my 2 cent's worth.. Take care, Jojo
  18. Sealco number 110500.. jojo
  19. Sounds like the air release is pushing through too small of an exhaust port...
  20. 50K and up to 60 k-ish were 112/113, back then,, 92/93 were below 50K, the 112/113/ had a stronger spur shaft housing and I think the bull gear is a bit wider... Much like the 200 series, if memory serves me right.. I do know the 200 series was a stronger setup than the 92/93 series, as I described.. jojo
  21. I just sent you an e-mail.. it is still sending, check it in a bit.. I'm sending pics from "Mack" books, instead of my brain.. jojo
  22. there are plugs on the oil filter pad.. on the right is 2 ports, sometimes only one sensor, so you can use the other one to get a true reading. you can also remove the pressure sensor, install a 'T' fitting then put the sensor into that fitting with the pnuematic gauge, and check it, jojo
  23. was the thermostat hooked back up in the evap core? check for power at the plug on the receiver dryer and a/c compressor.. keep it simple... oh yeah, is there at least 50 PSI of freon in the system? jojo
