All true Bob,,, My wife filled my ears tonight, "so I saw you riding around with your helper,, What did you guys get done today" well, i went to pick up parts for a customer, then worked in the shop, then took lunch break, went back to work in the shop, then because it was pouring rain, I took my helper home.. anyway, this IS shop talk.. jojo

Well, I did forget a tool that I would love to have,,, a rotating engine stand.. this is what I have right now, thanks to a BMT brother that let me keep it.. The rotator is $6000.00.. maybe later.. gosh almighty... jojo

did you you do the test at the plugs on the spacers? if you did the test, im leaning towards the relay, like Onyx said earlier.. I dont remember which one it is... jojo -

Onyx , if you are asking about cutting counter bores, no need for a truck.. its a hand operated tool.. I have all the measuring tools already, depth mics, sled gauge, vernier calipers, and so on.. jojo

its in my shop, I just cut an engine this week.. also put cam bushings in today,, I need to get a steady diet of E-Tech builds.. I have built over 30 of them, hell I dont know mabey 40??? anyway... jojo

he got lucky, a lot of times they are sucking engine oil and running on it... its a scary time when it goes off... takes a set of Ball's to jump in and try to shut it down, before the boom... jojo

i always remove the boot from the intake manifold. this eliminates any chance of fuel oil's to get sucked in.. jojo

this is the latest addition to my Mack engine cabinet,, I used it this week and it is great.. I have used these at Mack dealerships many times, and now I own one.. I have almost every needed tool to build E-Tech's.. just a few more to get.. no biggie, the Hi dollar ones are in my shop.. jojo

you said power is at the clutch switch.. do you hear the clutch switch click when you work it by hand, did you probe for power on the output side to see if power is going through the switch? when you cycle it by hand... jojo -

ok, an easy test is to warm the engine above 125 degree's take a test light and probe the plug and ground it to the engine. place it so you can see it from the big seat... switch the eng brake to high, rev, it up high and let off, it should light. do it to both plugs. -

im guessing it is a drive axle, you should be able to look inside to see if its an insert.. im curious... jojo
