  1. So I have thought about this for a while.... I think Kamala, is over her head and she KNEW it... I really think she will SNAP, and do one of 2 things.....(1) tell the truth about the lies that she knows ...... (2)... Have a 'Guilt ridden stroke' and Die.. any thought's?? jojo
  2. you are very kind... Glenn is the Sh!t.... jojo
  3. if you dont have a small shitty filter clipped to the compressor, it should be getting its air from the intake manifold via a copper pipe.. I hope Im right, the E-6 gets it off the manifold around the back of the engine to the compressor... dammit... i was thinkin I knew the answer... jojo
  4. I do have book's.... Jojo
  5. yes, I thought 4 valve, too,,,, but..... I dont have a ton of knowledge on this era.. jojo
  6. can you look at the part number cast into the heads to see if they are the same ? just a thought. I assume 20 bolt heads... jojo

  9. do you have a 12 spd? thats an air filter for the tranny ..jojo
  10. yes sir.. I'm Ok.. I have built more than 30 of these engines, and I have many 'correct' engine tools for E-6 and E-7/E-Tech.. I hope to build more engines in the near future, because new trucks are insane and a lot of guys are trying to buy older trucks. I can build an E-Tech at a reasonable price. I have to use PAI parts to keep it realistic, but they run. Ive done a few that way.. Jojo
  11. I have a 'Love-Hate' thing going on.... Truth... When I hold the right tool in my hand.... I get relief, because I know that I can do the job professionally.. So 3K sounds like a lot, but doing it right allows me to sleep good.... 'Priceless'... jojo
  12. I assume you have a 2 pc. intake manifold.. if not look for a blown out gasket.. i have seen more at #5+#6.. do the best you can to look under the manifold.. jojo
  13. I currently have an E-Tech 427 in my shop. 2002 according to the tag from DEX.. I have it torn down. it's an E-Tech, cam key is offset.. no paint, so I held it like an egg till I got a paint pen to mark it. 'God forbid I put it in backwards'..... and as I was cleaning the block..... #6 counterbore shelf is pitted.... I just dropped $2800.00 on a counterbore cutter, cutter plate and extra bits..... Well there goes that paycheck, Jojo
  14. offset cam key..... red end... retarded, low power...300 and less.. white end.... advanced high power...427+ .. jojo
  15. Ok.... I'm going to throw out, what may be a dumba$$ question... do you here this info on the C.B. Radio? or from mechanics? sorry, I started my 'Period' today so I pull out some B.S. Jojo
  16. 'F' I'm so glad you showed up, I find that I'm forgetting a lot of what I used to know, 'just like that' .... jojo
  17. I dont know.. sorry.. but I do know when I drove 400's in the construction company back a while. the 400 i drove out pulled the 427's.. same tranny's and rears. and I was a new driver pulling away from vet's.. never saw boost pressure. but when I worked at Mack, i'm pretty sure that 32 PSI was it.. Sorry, I forget some thing's even though I work on trucks everyday..... jojo
  18. 30-32 lbs .... jojo
  19. thanks for posting the cure..... jojo
  20. I love the last paragraph!!! What a great way to look at it.. jojo
  21. Ok. I have this info.. It pertains to E-tech ASET's however. I feel like this is a good chart to use.. Take note of the duty service at the top of the pages. I hope this help's , Jojo
  22. I believe, for your 'service' 150 hours is the interval. with grease every 75 hours. 300 hrs for oil and 150 for grease may even be closer to what you need for your ' service application' I will go to my book's and see if I can send a picture... jojo
  23. yeah, it sucks in a way.... the last year I was working there, we had one come through, and I fixed it, 14 litre Series 60. I did the front cover. While doing the work ,I found the EGR was capped off... It was a clean looking delete. I was told to get this truck back together and out of here, then got my ears filled up with the rules about deleted truck's... jojo
  24. Our Mack dealer wont work on a deleted truck.. I hope he can get some help.. jojo
  25. is there air pressure at the back of the gauge, or is it electric, and there is a sensor back at the right rear air bag? jojo
