a couple of the ones I service had the same issue.. I got pissed and took the little clamp plates out, and the issue stopped. I think the newer lines arent as good as the original lines. I think they may need to vibrate a bit without the metal clamp plates , i dont really know, because I have a few other E-7's that havent leaked.. I expect a few opinions on this one.. jojo

ok... LED's are "Light Emitting Diode's" Diode's are like check valves for electricity... Positive and negative needs to be known when installing them,,,, is it possible that the Light control module doesnt recognize them? there will be a voltage drop to power them and I bet the LCM see's it.. I really dont know if there is and LED module that you can install as a controller. Back in the day... a few years ago, you could branch off a line and go with it... I have actually ran my own homemade wire harness, and connected it to a relay that I installed, which I connected to the original switch, but used the relay to supply the power rather than over tax the original switch. I recently installed 30 LED's on a W-900 L and did just what I told you, however, the KW is Older.. New trucks SUCK... jojo

heck I only charged my customer $600.00 in labor to do the MP-8 wire harness.. maybe i'm a dumbass... it took me 10 hours to do it.. jojo

one of my current customers sent me and older E-Tech wire harness for me to inspect for re-use, because he said a new at Mack was $1400.00.. He is a smart man with a lot of knowledge, so I assume he is right.. Jojo

The power leash is a much better system and the A-I should already have it if the engine brakes are istalled... jojo

Batt voltage, 12.6 or 13.8-14.3 when running... the 3rd reference wire should be around 5.2ish... Glenn had posted that earlier.. good luck,, Jojo
