  1. Bob, Im the type that wants the book in MY library.. Thank you Bud.. jojo
  2. I got a link from Hippy. Im going to try and buy them later today. I wish it was easier, but its not.. Its gonna cost me $200.00+..
  3. If its not in E-Media, I dont know.. someone sent me a link to facebook, and i found a set. I have not paid for them yet..
  4. Internal regulator in the alternator
  5. G.W. is a smart guy. Take his thoughts into consideration..
  6. P.A.I. has the stud kit with gaskets. Can you get them in your country?
  7. All of the lower studs go into the pushrod bores. They are sealed with high temp thread sealant. They also only screw in about 16mm. Look inside the hole to see the push rod and how close it is... It is possible to go in too far and hit the push rod.
  8. 9-2 code.pdf.. See if this link works.. I have it saved in my computer.
  9. Hey guys. I need an engine book for and END-673. I looked on E-bay, and there is nothing. I want a Book, but a downloaded PDF. is fine. Thanks in advance.. Jojo
  10. My wife has helped me do clutch jobs in RD models, and build engines in-Frame, and on stands.. she got good at rebuilding bundle type oil coolers for Mack engines too. 🍻
  11. I have posted the link to a service bulletin for a 9-2 code. It guides you on checking all of the ground points. See if you can find the bulletin. E-media should have it..
  12. The other sensor is the one. I think that one is IAT. Intake air temp...
  13. Not good. Water gets in. Have you tested the sensor with a DVOM?
  14. Ok.. Of course im miles away, so I don't want to make this bigger then it is. What are you using for diagnostics, laptop for example.?
  15. You're a proud a$$ mf'r. I love it..
  16. Was the sensor replaced recently? Is it the original engine?
  17. The sensor is in the top of the intake near the inlet, do you have a boost gauge? I have one piece of info that is important... If it turns out that you are replacing the boost sensor... Make sure it is the EXACT one for that engine. The part number is stamped into one of the flats on the sensor. 24MT--- i think, a little rusty here. Make sure the part is the correct one. They run on a 5 volt reference, but the turbo commands are as low as 1/4 volt differentials. The wrong sensor will piss you off. It will pull good then open the waste gate too early and the truck will lay down...
  18. Do you have the fuse panel chart to show where the fuse would go?
  19. Have you pulled the center dash panel above the HVAC controls, to see if the power window plug is tied back out of the way? I think its there, just not installed on the build sheet. I expect you to have switch blanks in that panel so you can put the switch there and not have to change the drivers door set up. Unless you have power driver side, and theres a blank in that small panel..
  20. I feel your pain...good luck.
  21. 1992 would be an E-7.. yep, looks like a 5 speed. Is it a fresh trans?
  22. Are you able to slow it down by backing off on the lever ?
  23. Into the turbo is just going to fill the CAC... Go direct into the intake.. ot will take a lot less. A 1 second squirt.. also, keep in mind, if you have the pre heater at the front of the intake, you may just have a kaboom...
  24. I understand, I am from the real world of getting thing done, or running, and have done things that arent to be done often.. are you familiar with the injector cup issues in the MP's? You can hook the clear line to the front of the head on the regulator and run it back to the tank to see if it has a lot of air in the system.
