if the turbo feed line is a new rubber line with buildable ends, take the line off zip tie a shop rag over one end leaving it like a little bag, and blow air through the other end to see if its clogged. the rag will catch any loose peices,that way you can say ''I found something'' other wise it blows across the shop and you wont know it.. if the buildable fittings arent put together with care, they will cut the inside of the hose and a half moon shape of rubber will get lodged in the fitting and restrict flow.. Jojo

what years are you asking about.. mack transmissions that I deal with have a 1 piece front case with a Mack bolt pattern. Eaton and Meritor transmissions require a Mack bell housing. Mack's have the rear engine mounts on the bell housing. with this said, I have never bothered to learn about SAE bell housings, so I will follow this for my own education.. do you have a truck in mind? Model and year??

the rod length is not the issue here, ther are many laengths of rods,, the stroke of the plunger in the diaphragm is where the difference is. the actual movement of the rod.. you can also see that the center section of the brake chamber is wider too..

Macks, there are 2 1/2'' and 3'' maxi's.. the 3'' one's can be identified buy square cut ports for the air lines,,, just in case you can read the lable or whatever... Jojo

all good news.. take the exh. maniifolf off the AMI, and replace it with the E-7 manifold, those breathe better, you can see the differnce in diameter, and when you seperate them the AMI has an oval port that is small in comparison..

For the Mack, or the dozer? Red E.L.C. is common for the Mack. Change the conditioning filter every 2 years, or less depending on what the test strips tell you..

You should be able to remove the plastic vent strip under the windshield to expose access to the transmission. It comes out and goes in as a whole assembly. Take note of the rectangular piece that mounts to the motor stud. It faces up or down.. also, leave the wiper arms off until the end. Also, once you get the transmission in place, before attaching the rectangular block. Run the wiper motor for a cycle, so that it is at 'home position' then connect the block to it. Be careful of the sharp edges of the holes in the cab.
