The diagram is probably on the E-Media website. Do you have power going to the air pressure switch for the brake lights? -

Yes sir. Really all oil is hydraulic fluid, really all fluids.. i have zero knowledge on trucks outside the States.. my guess is the pump construction determined the oil grade.. of course i have seen systems filled with the wrong oil or its mixed, and it still worked.. theres a couple guys here that can quote the book on this.. They are very smart..

Yes. In that year. However. TRW systems in my time use ATF, and Sheppard use 15W40.. of course I make it sound simple. I expect some other variants to be posted.. i am not well versed on many systems.

Check the lines for restrictions. Those break down internally and will restrict flow in a handful of ways.. if the lines are hard as steel you may just want to build new lines..

Does the steering pump have a filter inside of it ? I dont know what type it is, but some older trucks i worked on had belt driven pumps with a filter in the resevoir. I have never seen a truck like yours in person

If there was a way to check the camshaft part number in yours against an ASET-I engine, that would be some useful info, also is yours a CCRS engine, if it early E-Tech the cam key may be wrong.ibwish i knew more on this -

I remember seeing drivers in nice slacks, shirt and jacket and wearing a tye. And it wasnt the milk man.. drivers kept themselves neat and orderly when i was a kid. But im not old enough to know more than that.

You need to put an E-7 or E-Tech exh manifold on it,... some guys here say turbo swap, but i wouldn't do that at first. -
