    Im not really going to call it a nad engine. Its just been de-tuned in my opinion.. One of my customers has an '04. I kept it up for several years. Its a tri axle dump ith a 310 M trans. It would pull good just slow.. its mot like i was on the throttle and it was not accelerating.. Please dont think im dissrespecting your truck. You still have a strong chassis built for work..

    2004-2006. 2007 introduced the MP.. build dates always seem to be askew.. the gutless part is the damn B.S. program in the E.E.C.M. I dont like it either . Its hard to beat an E-7 400 mechanical with a good gearbox.. I would take one every day over any ASET..

    Well, theres the air leak. I wish i could remember what the piston looked like. I may go to my shop and get the book here in a bit.

    I have the same R Model tow truck Bob.. along with a few others.. I bought them when I went to school at Mack in P.A.

    Is it not inside the cover? Hold it away from you over a bucket with a pile of rags in it and carefully put a little air to it

    Sounds like with the bar, you are locking the power divider and they wont turn because brakes are set and or wheels are in the ground.. the return spring tells me the power divider is unlocked.. you can also look in the fork cover to see the fork operate, a little bit of it anyway..

    Remove the piston and clean the bore with a brake cylinder hone, inspect, and clean and re -ring the piston. The shifter shaft looks to be in nuetral, what has you thinking it is locked in.?

    Welding the race in place wont guarantee a straight fit, and you will have bigger issues.

    When the Fault light us on, turn the cruise control off, and press the set button down for a couple seconds and count the flashes.. they will be in pairs. IE: 3-2.. have a pen and paper handy

    Hell i drove a '52 Mack pumper a 75 mile round trip to Spencer N.C. to a Firetruck Show from Mooresville and didnt know i needed gun mufflers on my ears. I didnt care about the 57 mph max speed. I was proud as could be to drive the truck..

    If you go on 'X' and comment on it you will be called a racist.. i commented on how Nancy Mace was disrespected, and all i said was the words, its in the culture,,, and about 7 black people came after me, calling me racist, and cursing me, and other names.. it was funny, really... So i didnt bother commenting on the dance party you posted, when i saw it.. I didnt feel like reading about who I am as a white man..

    You can remove the framework around the gauge cluster to check the bulbs. No need to pull the cluster out.

    They are supposed to check in with ICE annually, i guess they are making sure they get it done on time.. the report said some of them waited hours in line and even spent the night in their cars because the wait is so long.. These Mexicans no they are breaking the laws and now that D.J.T. is coming back, they better get their act together..
