  1. Buddy, that post is 5 years old..
  2. over heated relay? check fuse 40 in the fuse box under the hood next to the steering shaft. clip a home made ground wire from the EECU housing to a good ground on the block.. put the ether away,, It will get addicted to it, and then....... I assume that with the new pump you have tried to prime it up firm, and still no start? is the oil level rising? is the oil getting thin? fuel diluttion... do a halo test on some clean cardboard, the brown stuff..
  3. It would be great if you had a bore scope to stick in the turbo port.
  4. Bedtime for me here in the states.. good luck sir.
  5. are there any odd bolts mounting brackets to the manifold? are the turbo mount bolt correct, or been replade with longer ones? you can check those holes by simply looking in them with a flash light inserted into the turbo ports. if you see the light coming from a bolt hole, you likely found where the slug came from.. I'm pullin' for ya... jojo
  6. what is the inner diameter of the piece? 10 mm I presume?
  7. that looks like the bottom of a bolt hole that was pushed out by a bolt that was installed too deep.. i need to think on it.. any other pictures? wide out rather than zoomed..
  8. 1 or 2.. its a '97 not enough info here JoeH..
  9. And she is running a campaing as if she is running against Biden.. she was there the whole time the O' Biden Klan was destroying our nation.
  10. Well,, Skydawg,, I think you got your answer... FJH,Brocky, and Terry.. are guys to pay atention too as well... Too many brilliant guy's on here to name them all in a single post.. jojo
  11. those fittings are tapered seats that do not require sealant.. if sealant is used on tapered seats like JIC fittings, you run the risk of introducing the sealant into the hydraulic system.. that's a no-no.. any NPT fitting in what your doing can take some PTF dope on them. I dont use tape because I always worry about a string getting into the sytem when I tighten the fittings.. I hope Mark, G.W. and others add thier thoughts as well..
  12. Don you have the electric gray colored plug at the injection pump?
  13. I dont recall the axles being different lengths..
  14. https://photos.app.goo.gl/CtHebLjzJxNeu6RN7.. I dont think this is what you were asking for, however, it's free '87 Superliner. 'R' cab.. the model and v.i.n. is there in case you need to look for info common to 'R' and 'RW'.... I have so many note books from my repairs, that I pull my hair out trying to remeber which box they are in.. I have recorded 23 years of jobs in note books.. I guess back then I was doing it to post info today to help guys like you.. Jojo
  15. I have some hand writen notes from an '87 RW that I did a lot of wire repair and terminal bars.. I will post pictures shortly..
  16. S-400 SO-41 ??
  17. Definitely use antisieze. It allows for proper torque
  18. Im curious what E-Service will do with an out of warranty truck?
  19. He has only 1 oil sensor and 1 live line to the gauge. There is a timing sensor in the flywheel housing, and a duetch plug on the injection pump.. i dont see where he states if its full mechanical, but i dought it is..
  20. Round is correct. I think that until you get a transverse torque arm in the rear rear, this will be an on going issue..
  21. Have you looked at the 2 terminal strips on the firewall by the steering shaft?
  22. What year are these axles
