Would you believe me if I tell you that I get my grates out of the scrap metal dumpster at work ? I either burn them off, or sand blast them and then burn them off. The rack on one of my grills is a rack from a TSS oven from the Lab at work. Now if i could just find bags of cash in the trash to recycle or re purpose, things would be easier.. 😉

For sure O.D. For the last year, when I do chicken on the smoker, i soak it in a brine for at least 6 hours. When they soak over night the flavor is great. I dont even season the chicken or use a dipping sauce.. the brine i make is packed with flavor.

I made that smoker out of a water well pump cover that was headed to the scrap yard, the grill is an old stainless grill i had that all the guts rotted out of, and steel panel out of a large power box. Completely recycled parts. Its 2 years old . I also cook with wood... Pellets and Blue Tooth not needed. 🍻

As far as viting democrat goes.. when I was young my father taught me about politics. I do the best I can to to make sound decisions, and I relate to Republicans more then Democrats. Also, if the gov. gives away freebies to cover living expenses, that will influence the children to vote for the freebies.. just look at generations of families on welfare. Just the way I see it in my neck of the woods, as well as what is reported in the news from other U.S. Cities.

GW, i will likley use a nice toggle on the shifter. Im sorry about them being L.E.D. but i want to be seen. My original switches are stuck. I dont want them to crumble when I try to move them. I was thinking about coating them with clear nail polish to stop the crumbling.

I smoked it for 4 hours, then finished it slowly on the grill. I used the skin for flavor. here is the finished product. 175 degrees in the middle. I hope its good. 🍻

Perfect. Democrats want to make every baby born to women who will vote Democrat, U.S. Citizens.. Does any other country do that? If a pregnant women is traveling the world and has the baby while touring, does that baby belong to the country it is born in?? For example, Military Families...

well I got the back up light on and wired, and the front markers, and a brake light switch wired up. still waiting on the head light switch to come. I guess a little at a time is better then nothing.. 👍 The staple gun is not part of the job.. I forgot to put it away..

Hell, just pressure wash the mated set, knock out the old seals and pressure wash it. If the drum bolts are bad, replace them one at a time. Unless of course you need to do some weight lifting if you skipped a gym day.. 💪 -

O.D. My thoughts exactly !!! Biden did less in 4 years than what "Orange Man Bad" has done in 8 months... Hell, N.C. Gov. Stein was fussing about how slow the efforts are for Western N.C. after Helene... Helene came through a year ago... Bidens klan, sat on their hands.. Then The F.E.M.A. D -Bags skipped over houses that had Pro Trump signs at their properties.... All while Biden was still in office. Thoughts ?????
